Just did a quick search to see if it was possible for females to have XY chromosomes instead of XX. There is a genetic disorder called Swyer Syndrome that does this, but a couple of the main problems with this syndrome is that the ovaries never developed properly and most often become cancerous so they end up getting removed at an early age, also the person would need hormone replacement therapy during puberty to get the breasts and uterus growing. Females that have this syndrome apparently can still get pregnant if a donated fertilized egg or embryo is used. If the TFG didn't modify the DNA, Ellen might be able to get away with saying she has Swyer Syndrome, although she would have fully functional ovaries because one of the TFG's purposes was to allow for populations to balance their male/female groups for reproduction, but she could still use that as an excuse if the baby her and Nanase had ended up looking like Ellen/Elliot and say that because she has Swyer Syndrome, Nanase donated the egg and Elliot donated the sperm because an egg from Ellen would likely have the same DNA as Elliot's sperm anyway. Of course, when I referring to the TFG as applied to Ellen, I mean more about when Tedd zapped Elliot. I guess it should be noted that I am unsure whether the dewitchery diamond would have corrected any genetic oddity like changing XY to XX when it created Ellen or if all it did was create an exact duplicate of Elliot right down to the genetic level and not even know that there should be a genetic difference between males and females.

I'd like that one as well, but with the added ability to take a couple people with me if I were touching them. Then people could get away with saying "Beam me up Scotty."

Are we even certain that's baby Grace and not just some random baby? I seem to recall Dr Sciuridae saying that Grace was born already in her half squirrel form. I don't think she'd have the ability to morph into a human form that early.

What's unfortunate about that? I think because in less than a week if rumours are true, wallets are going to be crying out in anguish.

It's strange because her ult doesn't hurt friendlies, but it hurts or kills her if she's unable to get behind cover before the mech blows. I get the idea of there being a risk to using it considering what it does, but if that risk should carry over to everyone really.

I don't disagree, but I still wonder if there is a threshold where Susan would go from being content with watching to "this is awkward". This is certainly pure speculation seeing as Susan hasn't even had an opportunity beyond Catalina and Elliot to see if she has a limit to what she's willing to watch.

I think JML is saying that, because of the way the group is and the fact that Susan knows transformation tech and magic exists, she shouldn't have any feelings of jealousy in the first place. As I said before, if Elliot has to be involved as a sperm donor, he'd likely discuss it with whoever his girlfriend is at the time first and it's not like Elliot would need to have sex with Nanase to accomplish that. Though considering Susan likes to watch, she'd more likely be upset at missing out on a show. Actually I'm not entirely sure that sounds right, I mean yeah Susan was aroused by seeing Catalina kissing Elliot, but would that be enough to say that Susan would be interested in watching Elliot have sex too? On that note, is this slope getting too slippery?

Has Dan ever done any of the Germahn Labs group in colour? I guess we could mix and match from other character palettes, Diane's palette could work for Amanda easily enough, Lisa would be trickier, maybe Rhoda's palette? At least Rhoda's skin tone and eyes. Lisa's hair could be either black, or dark brown. Dark brown could be taken from Rhoda as well.

I'm not seeing that in Susan. She knows about the TF gun and the fact that it can change your biological sex. Also, I think if it came down to Ellen asking Elliot for a donation (for in vitro), Elliot would tell Ashley or Susan, for Critter's example, and they'd understand. As far as DNA is concerned, Elliot and Ellen's should be completely identical aside from Ellen having 2 X chromosomes and Elliot with an X and Y. Although it would be funny if Ellen ever had a DNA test done and found that she has and X and Y instead of 2 Xs. Another way either Ellen or Nanase could get pregnant is to induce parthenogenesis in the egg. Also, while I haven't been successful in finding out if it's possible or not, I want to say that they could inject some of Ellen's DNA into Nanase's egg (or vise versa) instead of needing sperm. Lastly, and probably the easiest route Grace could make a Uryuom egg and only Ellen's and Nanase's DNA would go into it. Of course in order to keep up appearances until the egg hatched, Ellen or Nanase might have to pretend to be pregnant using a watch or something, and then Edward would have to do up all the proper documents.

It's possible that one of the dates might be lumped in with another storyline. A storyline could also span several days comic time, "Identity" lasted 4 months and spanned 3-4 days comic time. Dan could manage to get Sarah and Sam's date plus Justin and Luke's in a storyline that way. And yeah, Np could be used for some stuff as well.

Yeah, I don't think we'd need to worry about Grace. For Tedd being ok with it, the evidence we have is him setting up Grace to kiss Sarah, his reaction to Sarah and Grace hugging, and his fantasy image when Sarah asked him if she could be his lab assistant, and while he did shake the initial sexy scenario out of his mind, it's more from the fact that he didn't want to make Sarah feel uncomfortable around him, especially considering he'd just recently committed himself to being a better friend. I think it really boils down to whether Sarah wants that kind of relationship with Tedd and Grace, we know she thinks Tedd is cute, as well as the fact that she considers what Tedd is trying to do with magic is "neato" so there is some degree of physical and mental attraction there. She's also been involved in numerous incidences where Grace has been naked and still gets flustered about it to the point where she's recently reconsidered her sexuality. Sarah's probably embarrassed to admit that she's attracted to Tedd and Grace because she probably hasn't considered the possibility of either of them being ok with a poly relationship, I'd say odds are good (not guaranteed of course) if she were to ask, they'd be ok with it.

Give Dan some credit, we saw Grace turn 18 a little over 3 years after the comic started. So that would make it somewhere in 2019 that she'll turn 19.

Does this confirm that Noah has magic beyond "Uryuom Power"? He's certainly tried to gain earth based magic on his path to avenging his parents' deaths. Did he succeed to some degree? Or fail not only because Adrian talked him out of it, but because it was much more difficult for him to do because of his Uryuom heritage?

The permanency is only for as long as the person is pregnant, I wouldn't go so far as to say that, for a 30 day transformation, if the person got pregnant on day 10, carried for nine monthns, gave birth, then immediately transformed back to normal because they had gone well over the time limit of the transformation. It might resume it's normal effect after birth and end after 20 more days, though it might also keep the countdown suspended a month or two longer to allow the person to recover from childbirth properly as well as to nurse the baby. It's been stated in comic that the TFG increases longevity but it's unclear exactly how that's accomplished, if the default body doesn't keep track of how old it is during transformations it might be a case of being able to transform for 30 days, and when the effect wears off, you return to what you were before you transformed, meaning you never aged those 30 days. So, if you transform yourself 12 times in a year with the full time limit of the transformation, you may only age at most 5 days? If that's the case then you wouldn't need to worry about the pregnancy method. As far as Tedd's spell, he can only permanently change his default form, when he uses it on others it's just an enchantment that follows the rules of duration and resistance, although if he does make a wand that can permanently change a person's default form, then that's another story. Back on the TFG subject though, I wonder if using a clone form like say Sarah at 90 uses the one she made at 18, because it's essentially her form anyway, the transformation becomes permanent which would reset her biological clock back to 18 years old. That's something that technically shouldn't work considering the other forms on the TFG have time limits, unless of course those time limits are programmed in with the form and not an actual hard limit of the TFG. That would mean that the clone forms wouldn't have a limited duration on them and probably one could have it permanently as long as they don't actively resist the enchantment. But then Sarah would go back to her 90 year old form despite it having been 20 years since she used her 18 year old clone form backup.

This is just my understanding based on what he's posted in comic and NP form, he's done this numerous times in Q&A's as well as during an NP set where he'll correct or clarify something that's said in a comic page. He obviously feels the need to do it this way because it has the highest chance of people seeing these corrections and clarifications. Not everyone follows on Twitter or Facebook and not everyone reads the commentaries. As for the joke of avoiding answering the question of Sarah, Grace and Tedd being a poly relationship. Dan certainly acknowledges that the ship exists, he's content with having fun teasing us with the possibility of the ship being canon, but I don't think he's even sure if it should be canon. At the very least this would fall under the same category as whether or not any of the main 8 have had sex. Dan had stated that he doesn't consider anything canon until it's shown beyond doubt in comic form, using the Q&A to say whether it's canon is kinda cheaty. I mean sure, if something happened in the comic that showed something was canon, but someone missed it and then later asked, that'd be fine, but something that Dan's kept vague for reasons of fueling shippers, a Q&A isn't the right place to state whether it's canon or not. I'd rather see a storyline that has them discuss their feelings or something.

My headcanon is that replicator technology exists in the future that Overwatch takes place in, so there'll always be a replacement Meka available.

I got a feeling that Ellen and Nanase would likely talk about it with at least one other person, Likely Tedd if they want to use the TFG. And I would think Ellen would mention it to Elliot as well, not to tease him, but probably a heart to heart talk especially if this happens in the near future (like within the next 2-3 years comic time that is) it'd be something like "I know you have hangups about pregnancy this young because of when mom had you, but this is something Nanase and I want"

D.Va does say things in korean too. And yeah it is pronounced "Diva", it comes from her being a Starcraft professional E-sports player (and champion several years running). Also, that ultimate is pretty difficult to use. In order to keep from killing yourself you either need to have a wall to run behind before the Meka blows up, or what most people do and fire the jumpjets just before hitting the ultimate, you'll ejected but the jumpjets will continue to carry the Meka forward until it blows up, the difficult part is timing it so that the enemy isn't able to scatter and take cover.

I'm surprised that there hasn't been any false advertising lawsuits for that, having less than 0.49g but greater than 0g is not 0g. People look at "0g trans fats" and think "I could eat this every day and and be fine" then a few years later they have a heart attack.
