Welcome, everyone, to the new 910CMX Community Forums. I'm still working on getting them running, so things may change. If you're a 910 Comic creator and need your forum recreated, let me know and I'll get on it right away. I'll do my best to make this new place as fun as the last one!

Wait... Isn't that the same guy from that soccer clip that was circulating around the net months ago?

There is a degree of flexibility in how a single discrete version of a spoken language can be interpreted. two people who speak the same dialect of the same language can have differing views on what a phrase means. or the same phrase can have multiple meanings to the same person based on context. Slang terms, double meanings, sarcasm, puns, euphemisms, metaphors, innuendo, etc. they're all examples of this. there is no flexibility in how a single discreet version of a coding language can be interpreted. Machines running the same version of their base code and software should interpret a given subroutine exactly the same way.

okay, i suppose you have a point there...

Revolution? I doubt it. A revolution would imply a fundamental change in the structure of a nation, when the current political situation is more a question of racial inclusion vs isolation. Sparking another American Civil War and/or being the catalyst for the next World War though? That, I can see happening, especially since race-politics were a significant part of both last time around. That said, I think we're getting a bit off topic. we should probably move this to a more appropriate thread.

Among other places, there's an area where geckos will attack a side quest npc a five minute walk from your starting point.

I can't help but wonder if the griffon situation, and the accident that trapped Magus aren't related? They're both situations that took a turn for the worse thanks to apparent 3rd party interference, and it's long since been established that Magus needs Eliot to one degree or another. Someone who wants to mess with Magus going after Eliot would make sense.

The Disciples of Caliban, now there's one to remember. One-hit wonder years ago, hitting platinum within weeks of releasing their first album. Pitty it's never been re-released due to a complicated copyright snarl with WMG. Polarity Switch, a trio who seem to be all over the spectrum of electronic music.

good point... wouldn't the size change cause problems with the nervous system, given said nerves would suddenly be much bulkier and much less efficiently spaced? what if the size change caused them to be spaced too far from each other to even function?

Poll: Your Favourite Main Character

Lol. Yeah I was gonna say, Serious Jupiter's Avatar kinda doesn't resemble Elliot... at all. But yeah, if it wans't for this being Sakaki's natural hair color, rather than being dyed/Magick'd that way, She could pass for a third sister. -

Should I assume you quoted the wrong post, or was that not supposed to make sense? -
Never actually saw it.

I don't think ANY Scifi movie can out-do SW.EP.1 Child actors, convoluted gambling based plans, a supposedly teenage head of state who alternates between looking like a 25 year old and a tacky-dress manequin with a painted on face, bad CGI comic relief characters prone to un-funny attempts at slapstick humor, technobable used to hand-wave something that everyone already accepted and didn't need hand-waving, ugh... that's a lot to top.

StarTrek has twelve movies... Seven of which (1, 3, 5, 9, 10, 11, & 12) are AWFUL. and three, (2, 6, &8) that are awesome.
