NAFO (North Atlantic Fellows Organization) uses the term "Vatnik" to referrer to Russians. Having a cup to drink their tears is just an extension of NAFO's prime reason to exist -

The front has rolled in enough that I'm getting knee pain. Going to lay down to take some weight off it them, plus have some heat in the form of the electric blanket on them. Going to read for a while, but I suspect I'm going to end up sleeping some.

Friendly fire is a thing. Doesn't happen as much as it did, but it still happens.

I'm fairly sure that being in the SCA had little to do with me using the BASH shell. I started to use it, or something like it, in the late 90's. I started in the SCA in the mind 80's. Granted I didn't fight in the SCA until late 80's so it's possible that I might have been influenced to use it later.

The acetaminophen is working, sorta. I know that there is a still a pain, but it's less than it was when I took it. Counting this as a win.

It's clear with a small (sub 10%) chance of rain until 11:00 PM tonight, rising to 99% at midnight. Right now I don't have body aches. Hopping that keeps up.

I twisted my neck last night or this morning. The left side of it hurts like a mojammer. Taken analgesics but so far no effect. Of course that was 10 minutes ago, so I can't really expect any effect for the next 20-30 minutes. Still irritating and a literal pain in the neck.

Diane, you fell into being friends with a bunch of strangers at a party. You'll do fine with a single person that you don't really know, but have an important background with.

Changing Medications (Level of Trust Required)

That sucks. At least you live in a city that has more than one cardiologist. I suspect that the nearest one for me is in Joplin. <Google> No there seems to be three in town, 2 of which share an office and the 3rd being part of the hospital. -

Seem more D&D/Fantasy TTRPGish than the "official version" -
It's stopped raining and the front has moved on. Why do I still have body aches? Checks Weather Underground. Oh, that's why another storm front rolling in. 60%ish chance of rain around 7-8:00 PM. Not gruntled. I'm seeing an early "get under the warm blankets for me.

If you started programming before the wide spread use of GUI you would use the command line a lot more. While I don't write scripts daily, I do use them daily.

As some context, NAFO referrers to posting NAFO posts and/or reporting Russian propaganda posts as "Bonking" -

I've got to say that the player theory sounds like a better game. -
I suspect that is the case. Lots of wargames have isometric boards where you combine them to make larger boards. Squad leader coming to mind. This has lead reviewers to say "n boards" even if they only go together one way.

Hope everything works out for you! -
I more or less live at the command prompt. I have 1 open at all times and often have a 2nd or 3rd one open. Part of the reason for this is that my editor of choice (vim) is a command line tool .

Back from the clinic. Nothing wrong. The first time my blood pressure was taken it was ungodly high. 2nd time, normal. Need to see her again in 6 months. -
