Here is.

Some how The Dan managed to make an elephant look like Ashley.  Granted it's an anthropomorphic elephant.  And If I hadn't read it in the commentary I would not have called Nanase a flying turtle, just flying Nanase or maybe fairy Nanase. comentary

I really don't care for the pachyderm person form in general.  But trunks might be a useful addition.

It's not my favorite anthropomorphic form that The Dan has drawn, but it better than the cowgirl forms.
