My Shenanigans Senses are tingling.

Considering that Hope is attempting to distance herself from Pandora, I may need to reset the filter on that  particular sensor. 

The next few comics will affect that decision.

I think that Hope is a lot kinder than Pandora.  We will see what she is up to in the next few comics as you said,

She seems to be. But she is also young for an immortal, whereas Pandora was for the most part, other than the history around Adrian's birth, much older than any other immortal we've seen (so far as we know), way past her expiration date. Pandora did pretty well for 'intrinsically crazy'. I wish my dad had as many lucid times near the end of his life as she did.

There is a sense of Hope taking personal responsibility and owning the things she did as Pandora. That could be good. I suppose it could also cripple her, but I don't see Dan taking the narrative in that direction, even though there are hints that her past is already intruding into her new life. She'll be a character, she won't be dysfunctional. She may have vulnerabilities.
