Yah. So, assuming that the stepsister/stepbrother is also someone hateful, who would it be? Who would hate Tedd while also wanting to marry Prince(ss) Elliot?

Well, apart from Damien , Bishop is the least likeable character in EGS, even more so than Lord Tedd.

Bishop is an effective agent, but a poor manager. She should not be given any form of supervisory role, especially over a kid with whom she has no emotional connection.

She has been shown to be a sneaky backstabber. There is a snake-like resemblance that seems intentional on Dan(a)'s part. She may be an effective agent, but not one you'd want to work with.

Crack theory.  Tedd, once they are in their lab, will find out that Bishop is really working for the dark side and will somehow get her removed, replaced by Wolf.
