Here is. So Ashley, with out meaning to, is now shipping the alternate OT3, (Ashley, Susan, Elliot, with Susan taking notes) but adding Grace. And Grace is shipping everyone for a great big cuddle pile. Grace also seems to have a thing for Ashley, but that's OK, Grace wants to cuddle with most members of the main cast, if not all. Or see them cuddle each other, in the case of Elliot and Tedd.

When I started taking lithium they had me record both my fluid intake as well has how much I peed out for 3 days, then again after 2 weeks on lithium. I was told that it didn't matter how much I was drinking, I just needed to stay about the same (ideally exactly the same) from week to week.

I'me not sure how I would deal with chronic pain. Not well I suspect as I'm pretty close to useless when I get migraines or arthritis pain. That makes a bit sense.
