Grace needs all the hugs. Hopefully when magic becomes more open knowledge she will be able to make friends and just pass over her alien bits and explain all her transformation abilities as magic. She has done that for Sam, for example.

It snowed last night. We had a less than 10% chance of precipitation. It's forecast to stop snowing around 9:45 AM and have a lesser chance (15% or less) until 4:00 PM when it drops to 0%

Well, the good parts of the internet are gone now. No more anonymous FTP sites, IRC is all but dead and Usenet is also dead. There used to be more to the internet than the web. The modern internet is a bit of a hoax. But not the way they probably meant

Tulsa did that. Big fire in one of the parks near the river. I suspect that tradition didn't survive the pandemic, but then again, Oklahoma.

And I don't mean the dudes in brown. I just ordered a pair of cheap UPS. I got the smallest they had as I only want to guard against short (under a minute) power drops. Damn some UPS, mainly for servers, are expensive.

It's the 12th or last day of Christmas. In addition to all the repeat gifts Your True Love gave you, today's canon gift is 12 drummers drumming. There are some options here, for example you could get 12 Lords a leaping, 12 Fiddlers a-fiddling or 12 Ladies dancing. The only non human option seems to be Bells a ringing. I hope you had a Merry Christmas season if you do that sort of thing, otherwise I hope the last 12 days didn't suck. It's now time to take down your Christmas tree if you have one.

That might have been the case. However a full low level reformat made it usable again. This was back in the day when you _could_ low level a drive with out too much trouble.
