Backstory, Edward happy about Tedd's progress, concerned that Tedd has a transform gun of his own . . . why?

The mysterious lurker spying on them appears to be someone we have not met, and appears to be personally hostile, but to whom, exactly? Might be someone with a hatred of Uryuoms, might be a potential suitor for Edward, jealous of Lavender, might have something to do with Edward's divorce, a friend of Noriko? Maybe it's Jay's mom, leading to an explanation of why Jay is hostile to Arthur. The mysterious lurker is mysterious.

Darnitol.

New character cliff hangers are so frustrating.  She could be almost anything.  So with no evidence, I am betting she is a character we have seen before without realizing her significance.

Indeed, but she does not look familiar, the bit we've just seen.

I'm betting they are either Bishop or a new character.

Does not look like Bishop, but she could have had an incident that changed her appearance.

Yeah, my bet is on a new person really, just Bishop is the only fem that sorta fits.  They aren't blond so that eliminates Cranium

This new character in flashback seems older than Bishop or Cranium in the present.

It's hard to get an age with just part of a face and a view from the back.
