How far can Catalina transform?

Can she become a full cat?

I know that she can become quite a bit smaller with Rhoda's help.  But the last time we saw that, she was still basically hominid.

...I strongly suspect Rhoda and Catalina will soon be doing some heavy cuddling at the very least, and if we cut away to another scene and there is no evidence to the contrary, I'm going to assume that they get up to more than just cuddling.
