If you're referring to her cheeks being red, I think she's actually blushing.

As for the eyeliner & lipstick, those are hard to judge in Dan's style and in grayscale; it could easily be fairly subtle.

I think it's Lucy blushing as well.  She doesn't have the blush effect in some of the earlier strips.
