Got to be honest, this 'Babble-on' is not my favorite NP arc.

Minion's name should be Phil. Phil, a minion.

So Dan & Minion are elementary school students who just discovered uncensored anime on a stratosphericaly high numbered cable channel and manga on the back shelf of the comic shop.

It doesn't excite me much either, but it Dan did say this was gonna be short.  And it's no where near as bad as "The Arc That Shall Not Be Named But Was A Dream Anyway"

If this story results in Dan making a cool new avatar (and is as short as he said), it'll be worth it. If we get several strips or more of Dan trying out different cool looks, I might find myself really enjoying this story in the end. However I do have to admit it hasn't been very impressive so far (I'd almost call it boring except it hasn't gone on long enough for that for me yet).

Given Dan's normal pacing, it's going at breakneck speed.  I mean  It's only 5 strips in so far, and we have some sort of idea what he's going for.  Not that I have a clue about it, given my lack of consumption of Japanese media in general, but he seems to have a goal in mind.
