Here it is.

So, Rhoda can shrink herself small enough to use a soda can as an obstacle while running.  That's way smaller than Tedd thought was safe.  Also, I noticed that before she started running, she shrunk her breasts or was wearing a very tight sports bra.

And I did not expect this phase of the arc to start with her. Tedd talking to her, maybe, but not a stand-alone strip.

Is she shrinking below previously established shrinking limits?

If so, how far can she go?

Do we need to consider the size of oxygen molecules in tiny lungs, red cells & mitochondria?

Can her optic cells detect larger light wavelengths?

Can she manipulate particles on a quantum level?

Does she know the condition of the cat without opening the box?

As long as she doesn't go below the Bumble Bee Bat's size, those should not be an issue.

Interactions with the rest of the universe have always been a "don't think about it too hard, just enjoy the story" problem for me. I'll just assume Magic is automatically mediating the interaction between a roughly 100 lb. Barbie doll and the surface she is not crushing teeny-tiny footprints into.

I think the smallest that she has been confirmed to go so far was one-eighth scale, shown when she shrank Catalina to pocket size. Based on Rhoda’s claim that her base height is five feet flat, an upright soda can should reach between her waist and her chest at that scale.

Did anyone else at first see the figure as Susan and wonder why she was acting out of character?

Actually, at first I thought she was Hope.  The ID as Rhoda didn't register until I realized shrinking was involved.

And would a daily run really be out of character for Susan?

That's why DS added the “Rhoda” text block.  Numerous people thought that.
