I'm not sure if I do.  Unless it's a reaction to suddenly realizing she's in a leadership role, which she seems to have issues with.

Leadership means responsibility, and that can be scary if you aren’t the sort of person who wants to impose their will upon others.

Leadership can also mean you suddenly understand that you are the only person who has a clue as to what the project is about.  Issues happen when two or more people have this understanding and they aren't the same thing.

“The Buck Stops Here.”  The current occupier of that office has no idea what that means.

But let's not get political here.  Of the main cast, Nanase and Susan are leader types.  Maybe Diane.  It's been noted that Elliot doesn't take a leadership role if he can avoid it, and it appears that runs in the family.  Of course, they do share a common set of behavior influencing memories, so there is that.
