Everyone is happy and this is going to be fun . . . And the clown you hire for the child's birthday party will not be a chainsaw killer . . . . Edward has formidable defenses while both Elliot and Grace can retreat fast enough that attacks on them personally will be difficult. So if no one other than the two previously encountered Griffons show up to this meeting, there shouldn't be an immediate problem . . . . I suspect that the Immortals are careful to avoid revealing all their limits and abilities to the various mortals with whom they interact -

I am familiar enough with comic tropes that I know what Super Strength is, that Spiderman, Aquaman, and Birdman fall on the Super Strength spectrum, and that the strongest of characters will continually claim that Super Strength is not their most useful ability. However, I am not familiar with Super Cool StrengthTM. Does this mean Grace makes the temperature drop when using the ability? Does she lose the power if the ambient temperature rises above 40o C or she has a fever? Is that actual temp or the heat index including the 90% humidity of a Midwest summer? -
Do voices with unseen speakers on the other side of the phone actually count as character appearances? If this question has come up before, I don't recall the reasoning (if any) one way or the other

Any how, If I remember correctly, there was a Volleyball like game in the 1920s that used Medicine Balls It was developed by President Herbert Hoover's physician as a way to help the president exercise It had two teams throwing a medicine ball over a high badminton net to each other with the idea being to catch and return the ball over the net It was scored like Tennis and is often called Hoover Ball Could the Moperville athletic department still be taking advice from century old physical fitness fads? -

If Lavender is moving in (which seems likely to me) I don't think Tedd is likely to have a significantly negative reaction Tedd knows that Edward has been lonely since Noriko departed If Tedd and/or Grace just do not get along well with Lavender over the summer, this could be the motivation for them to get their own place near campus, or possibly move into the dorms, closer to Tedd's new lab (the one supervised by Dr Germahn) Of course, we all know that dorm life or a student apartment has no potential at all for comedy and drama -
