What's the file suffix on the images? I'm guessing .raw. That gets you absolute maximum possible quality at any given resolution, but eats space.

Ukraine can respond that they are not answerable to a mythical court. (The court that issued the in-absentia sentence is officially sited in Moscow, but the Ukrainian government has revoked the charter that a predecessor Ukrainian government issued several centuries ago, under which Moscow exists. As a matter of Ukrainian law, Moscow does not exist, so nothing real can be situated there.) -
"You need to stand up for what you believe and what you want! .... starting next week, but right now do what I say!"

We're also talking about a being with not a lot of experience with basic physics. Quite possibly she was off-balance enough that the bag could legitimately knock her back.

My understanding is that this was the role of the court jester. And that tradition held that when the jester spoke to the king, the jester was immune to any penalty for his words other than possibly being dismissed from that role. Of course, not every royal court had a jester. And when the guy whose word is law wants to violate a tradition that only involves one other person...

GAH! Bagpipes were in common use at one time or another in a roughly rectangular area with its corners in Ireland, Morocco, Moscow, and Syria. There were, unsurprisingly, dozens of varieties. WHY do we only ever hear the variety the English (correctly) labeled as weaponry? -

My understanding has been that some treaty that the US is party to doesn't allow them. However, I don't know what treaty that would be. And it's likely that it would only apply to privateering against the ships of other countries party to the treaty. -

That line never made sense to me. Anyone can talk to a horse, if they're anywhere close to one. Whether the horse is listening, is a different matter. -
