I know it's only an official holiday here in the States, but I thought a thread of what we're thankful for might be a nice addition to the collection, even when it's not Thanksgiving. I'm thankful that my mom and sister continue to be in pretty good health, and I'll be seeing them more days than usual for Christmas. I'm thankful for a good job that I enjoy doing most of the time, with co-workers I mostly like and enjoy the company of. I'm thankful for such great web comics to read, and the friends I've made on message boards; I'm thankful for the clubs I'm in, especially Chicago Area Mensa, for the same reason, the friends I've made. And I'm thankful Mary-Cat's proportion of snuggling to biting continues to improve as she gets older.

There is a lack of good EGS fanfic out there, which is a bleeding shame because the world Dan's given us is WAY too fun to not be explored in writing. This topic, then, is both to catalogue the joy that is Shivefics, and to encourage forumgoers to write their own! Just one caveat - please LINK to fanfics, rather than posting them here. If there are any Worm/Parahumans fans around here, how do you think the PRT would respond to Moperville's powered population? Also, do you have any preliminary ideas about what kind of ratings they would have? I mean, EGS seems to be one of the few superpowers comics that might actually survive, and the large number of Changer or Changer-related powers could put Moperville on a PRT watchlist.
