I approve of Rich losing some of his jerkiness.  Some times a jerk is just a jerk.  Granted he may be less of a jerk towards select fems  from now on, but he shows that he might still be a jerk in general.

Ellen admits a lesson she learned about running games.  Just not a lesson she happened to learn today.

Does this mean that the ego deflating lessons Rich learned about Ellen now count for nothing in Rich's mind because he can sweep them all behind one small concession on Ellen's part?

Will Rich ever take the step from Larry Flint to Hugh Hefner on the March of Male Maturity?

I'm not quite sure I would say that Hugh was a paragon of Male Maturity

I don't think that's what is being said. I took it as going from a deep hole to a higher tier in the hole.

Hugh Hefner was not just about a pornographic empire. He embraced sexuality, but he also kept a touch of class, and was at least somewhat supportive of women's rights. His clubs, known for their bunny waitresses, were allegedly classy. It is a trope, 'I read Playboy for the articles', well, the trope is founded in a reality that the magazine actually had worthwhile interviews and delved into topics of interest. Yeah, that didn't sell the magazine, for the most part, but you'd be surprised how often it comes up as an original source. I think it is significant that he was not hated as exploitive among the models he employed.

And I am stunned. Hugh Hefner is not someone I ever pictured myself defending.

Not a paragon

Just a Bunny Hop in a better direction

Still, a publisher who can get the leader of the American Nazis to sit down to an interview by Alex Haley is doing something impressive

The Librarian of Congress funded publication of a Braille edition of Playboy from 1970 through 1985 when Congress tried a back-door ban on it (because all those lurid photos that weren't in the Braille edition obviously were encouraging the blind people who didn't receive them and couldn't see them anyway to become promiscuous), and then from mid-1986 (including picking up the missed issues) to at least 2018 after the courts lambasted Congress for violating the 1st Amendment in a way that targeted handicapped people.

The Librarian of Congress currently funds the publication in Braille of over 100 magazine titles; Playboy (no longer among them, as it is now online-only) was at one time the 6th most popular.

I am not finding any references to a Braille edition of Hustler.
