Well proportioned. Not a bad goblin face, human-like, but clearly not human.

I like that Dan avoided the pointy shark teeth. Goblins should have more or less normal mammalian dentation. The little overhanging fang is unusual, but not distracting.

The stand-alone image seems tall, but the image when Susan is being attacked looks right.

I'm not a fan of tails on goblins. I don't recall a reference that would preclude them, but tails do not seem to fit the mythos. I wouldn't say it's wrong, just does not fit my image of the trope. It does not distract from the 'cute'.

I like that Jay has been a good sport about losing to Susan. It seemed a bit out of character for her, and it comes across as more maturity than she's show before. Maybe she just likes Susan that much.

Only if you have to talk to the people who control your budget. Fortunately, it appears that it is Arthur who is arranging Tedd’s budget and has to justify it to Vice-Director Liefeld.

How much discretionary budget does the "Spooky" department of an FBI Regional office have?

I suspect that this project has already reached The Department of Justice, the White House, and at least a few Members of Congress.  If you ask me for specifics, the senior Republican and Democratic members of at least two House and two Senate committees have been given a vague overview of the plan. 

Karen, the HOA VP has not been officially informed.  But she already knows everything.

I'm not sure I want to think about HOA once magic becomes widely know.  Their bylaws would get weird.

Seriously, if you want to keep a secret, don't tell it to congress. Yes, keep it vague, no names, no numbers, etc. This is a thing IRL.

The HOA members were turned into bunnies. Permanently. They are hopping around on our lawns. If they cause any more trouble, they will be eaten.

(Chickens would probably have been a more useful option.)
