Diane, thinking through reasons why Rhoda is nervous, thinks 'Rhoda has secrets' is likely. I'm not seeing why she would think so, but of course it is spot on. So I'm taking this as foreshadowing that they will learn of each others magic.

It seems odd that Dan would have a major plot point happen in an NP arc, but it really doesn't effect main cast, other than Diane, so I can see it happening here.  Magic will be reveled!.

It would be interesting to see if Rhoda can easily dodge a direct question from Diane, her protector and mentor for so long.

She might not really want to do that.  It might come as a relief to not be keeping a big secret from her friend any more.

She's also (apparently) not aware that others besides herself, Catalina, and maybe Kitty have magic, nor is she aware of the government magic program, so being disconnected may not feel a compelling reason to hide it. She seems to have some reticence, but it is not clear why, neither in her case nor in Catalina's case when Susan was trying to get her to talk about her (to Susan hypothetical) magic.
