People write in COBOL? I suspect this was a "back in the day" sort of story. I'm going to tell you to get off of Mr. Edwards' lawn for him.

A bit of extra job security I can imagine. Need to be careful about that sort of thing. Write enough scripts to make your job easy and all at once they don't need you any more, just some monkey to run the scripts. Then, of course six to eight weeks later they discover that not all of what you did was done by scripts. Good for a couple of bucks an hour increase in pay to return.

About 10 years of so I was legit unemployed1 and the state of Oklahoma had me attend a "new to the workforce" training session. When the first question was "have any of you had a job other than fast food or at a gas station" the "teacher" didn't know how to handle the 3 of us (out of 30 some odd) that raised our hands. He let us go after an hour or so, but still pain in the butt. 1Vs. taking a break for a couple of weeks or having a mental break down. EDS downsized my department.

We are starting to sound like the "Four Yorkshiremen skit" That aside, migraines come and go. That is a major difference in pain.

I will grant that all I had today was my normal aches and pains that come with weather fronts. I don't have any real long term chronic pain issues, just frequent migraines and bashing myself due to lack of coordination. I am not in your class of pain most of the time, for which I am very grateful.

It's here. And I think a tree in the Riverparks close by just took a lightning strike. Damn thing was freaking loud. And of course I had a power flicker. On the plus side, my pain drugs are working so far.

I did also, but Air Defense officers need to know "things" about what is going on.

So, we all agree. "Taps wine glass, clears throat" Ah, say, The Dan? Yeah, a little less lip stick on Susan, please? Makes us all confused and stuff. -

Edward might also have something to do with it too. So the tee shirts are an IAF on his disguise skill that has the modifiers of "effects others", "area effect","always on"' and "zero endurance cost". He needs those shirts, that combo makes it a rather expensive power. -
I hear you there.

Again, IAF on disguise skill, which the Uryuoms have an grossly unreasonable level, so they need something to cut the cost down. -
Right. As an example, the female "husky" that when running by on April 1st is Mikittok, one of Cara's coworkers. Doc, the human, is saying that not all of the series will be done early, but 2 or 3 strips per week should be coming out, with the series being active in the main strip in about a month, human time.

Don't pennies cost way more that 1 cent to make?

Some of the color overlaps a bit weird. "Science Gold" for example, covers a rather wide range to things. I am amused that all the "boring" things get "drab" as their color.

It's an in-obvious accessible focus to their disguise skill. If I recall the value right, that makes it a 1/2 limitation, which, baring any other limitations or advantages, cuts the price of the skill in half. Why is it the I end up thinking in the Hero System terms for EGS, and for EGS alone, when my primary two table top game engines are the Traveller based 2d6 engine or the d20 engine? There is a study to be had in there some place. -
In this case, that would defeat the reason to be a Patreon, in that he's doing previews of the next story arc now, plus asking for advice on Cara's coworkers. But I see your point. I classify Patreon as one of my utility bills and have a mental limit on how much to spend there.

Well I must agree that without the text I wouldn't recognize her either. On the other hand the over sexualized version of Susan and Elliot are recognizable as them, which is why I like them more. Other than the lip stick. The more I think about that the more I'm a bit weirded out by it. -

At least I've got jasmine oolong. While I would not think of that as a "good" thing, obviously you do, so go with that. Look for the small bits of shinny in the muck. Just don't throw your back out bending over to pick them up.
