"Your tea water is still coming to a boil.  You don't need this spot on the desk until both the water has come to a boil and the tea has finished brewing.  Chill, I'll move when it's time." - Explorer the Cat.

 

Explorer lost one fight to a plastic bag.  Had a hell of time stopping her and removing it as she bolted around the house.

I remember one time when we were visiting a friend, a sudden ruckus came from down their hall. Which I was in position to look down. So they asked "What's that noise?"
I replied "Your cat is fighting with a box. The more intelligent one is winning."
Immediate response: "Oh, poor Misty, is that box beating up on you?"

"The Human is using the lumpy blanket again.  Not sure I like it." - Explorer the Cat.
 

"I'm really hyped up this morning!  Gonna run around and attack The Human's feet!" - Explorer the Cat.

 

"I'm not grumpy, I just look that way!  Planing my day out, think I'll spend some time on the desk helping The Human" - Explorer the Cat.

 

"I'm not sure what the noise was.  Need to check it out." - Explorer the Cat.

"Hanging out with The Human until he decides to get out of bed. This may be a while." - Explorer the Cat.

"Headbutting The Human's nose. Then purring to make him feel better" - Explorer the Cat.

"Gonna sit in The Human's lap for a short while, then get on the desk so he can make tea.  Staying close today" - Explorer the Cat.

"Getting ready to jump up on to the Desk and help The Human with his morning stuff." - Explorer the Cat.
 

"I'm extra active today!  Attack The Human's foot!  Run like crazy! Jump on and off the bed!  Fun!" - Explorer the Cat.

 

"Plotting my day out.  Think I'm gonna run around for a while, then get on the desk or in The Human's lap.  Might nap some after I eat" - Explorer the Cat.
 

"The Human made the bed earlier than normal.  I'm napping earlier than normal.  Nice how that all worked out" - Explorer the Cat.
 

She has wanted to see them hug before.

You wouldn't believe how much better I believe, pharmaceutical-wise. Pain-wise, however, I'm hurting more. That's the sad thing. The morphine did more for me in terms of pain relief. Everything hurts now. Everything hurts.

Morphine is closely tracked as a controlled substance, so the distribution bogs down.
Glad you figured it out and are feeling better.

"I'm not grumpy.  OK, maybe a little grumpy, I didn't want to get out of the bed this morning" - Explorer the Cat.
 

"The Human is sitting in the desk chair.  I'll sit in the back up slightly broken desk chair."

 

"I'm under the desk again.  Notice how I'm staying out of your way in the early parts of the day. I'll get on the desk or in your lap later today, after I've done my morning run" - Explorer the Cat.
 

"I'm under the desk, not in the way, why you bother me with the flashy thing?" - Explorer the Cat.
 

"Planing my day.  I've already attacked The Human's feet. 


Think I'll eat something and see how the day goes from there.
