Jerry said that Immortals start to go loopy when they go much past the recommended age for resetting, and Pandora had gone farther past that age than nearly any Immortal had done since they adopted the custom of regular resets.

Generally, you have to be perceived as having enough status/clout that you can get away with wasting other people’s time in such a manner.
-
It’s a way of showing off that your time is more valuable than their time, by forcing them to meet your schedule instead of you meeting their schedule.

I know a few Germanic languages, but sadly I am not nearly girly enough.

I think that she’s mildly offended, as she expected to qualify as a high schooler. Anyway, it seems that she is “young” enough that it would be difficult to place her in classes with the main teenaged cast, so she likely will not be going to school with them. That said, once she does reunite with Adrian, a cover identity as his daughter or niece could work.

Yah, most three-breasted women would have the third breast be below one of the two usual ones, not in between them—the embryonic tissue from which they form runs in a vertical line.

The vote apparently happened within hours after Pandora was reset, so Hope may not even have been awake yet. I don’t really blame Hope for apparently feeling mildly insulted at being compared to a kitten, though the catgirl features are cute on her.

Meh, can’t miss what I’ve never had (booze).

Nah, just on a bunch of prescriptions that would have a lethal interaction with alcohol.

I’m in my mid-forties, and I can’t drink, for reasons other than my age.

Fifth girl raises an important, if Machiavellian, point. If what you care about is becoming Queen, any Crown Prince who isn’t abusive is acceptable, and it’s actually a bonus if he is easy to manipulate/dominate, since you can rule the country by controlling him.

Or of Pandora in particular, given her reputation for chaos.

Edwardian counts as almost-but-not-quite modern, in the sense that current elderly people can likely remember their grandparents having unironically worn it. As for Regency-era dress for the women, it was the most recent era pre-WW2 wherein it was considered socially acceptable for high-class women to be showing their cleavage in public (Victorian and Edwardian fashions being much more uptight about the baring of the female form).

Norm!

The charts spell apparently boosted his ability to give exposition by a lot.

By that definition, gunpowder does not explode. It deflagrates.

Bleh. Tires these days ought to last 20k on-road miles at minimum.

Grace has clear potential as a diplomat or psych counselor.

So China is not Asian?

That is possible. Voltaire plays the long game, and so if he was aware that Tedd was a Seer that far back, then he would have seen benefit in getting to him by hurting Nanase—if Nanase is hurt/killed by a Vampire, then Tedd will hate all Vampires and thus want to eradicate them, either through a Magic Reset, or by mounting a large-scale Vampire hunt wherein Immortals like Voltaire would be able to “guide and empower” (i.e. manipulate) them. Note that at the critical moment in the French Vampire encounter, Nanase was stunned, and if it weren’t for Susan acting quickly, she would have fallen victim to the Vampire. However, once Nanase had started to become powerful as a Mage (since she is Royal-class and trained a lot), she was too strong to be felled by a few Vampires, and so Voltaire had to go with his Plan B of targeting Tedd’s best friend, Elliot. Note that Elliot did not really have the upper hand against the Spider-Vampire before the Griffins intervened, which implies that Elliot’s power set is far from optimal for fighting Vampires.

Of course he’s a Boomer. Popes tend to be in their sixties when they are elected (seventy is the cutoff age, because they don’t want them dying of old age immediately). People currently in their 60s/70s are in the Boomer generation.

Not made for walking? -
So Hope is basically about as mentally mature as her current default appearance would lead one to believe. A typically 200-year lifespan would give an Immortal about three times as much adult living as the average human, which is apparently enough time to acquire several times as much knowledge and experience as most humans.

“Guide” the Prince to see small-chested girls as more appealing than larger-chested girls?
-
The more “glamorous” girls may be wearing higher heels as well. That said, Prince Elliot is not the sort to be charmed by large bosoms and great height alone. He will be drawn to Cindertedd and her two sisters.
