There were only five Awakened Seers in the entire world as of January of the current year in-story, so Arthur almost certainly had never met one prior to Tedd Awakening. Indeed, according to the Will of Magic, it is a rarity for more than two to be alive at the same time.

The rectangular dialogue boxes with the gray dashed border do seem to be Fraud King speaking, whereas Mist has rounded boxes with normal borders. From the general set-up, Mist is a zealot who believes in the cause, while Fraud King is very likely to let the power go to his head and become the very sort of tyrant that he claims to oppose.

And Arthur probably plans on doing so once Tedd is fully brought into the fold. In the meantime, a teacher who was created by Arthur will do as a substitute.

Given how proud Liam is of bearing the name “Tyrant-Slayer”, it is probable that he believes that he is fighting against tyranny by aiding the attempt to create a Royal Uryuom. Hmm, I just had another idea—might this project and also the project which created Damien both be parts of a larger movement to produce Royal-like Seyunolu? This would make it a Manhattan-Project-like endeavor to acquire the most powerful weapons known to mortal beings in order to establish a form of “nuclear deterrence” for the Uryuoms to demand better treatment.

Hmm, our invading trio’s plan involves creating an Uryuom/Seyunolu Royal. What would be their reaction to finding that Grace is effectively one already? Would they try to draft her for their cause, willingly or not?

She has rarely had a duplicate of her own boobs directly in her face, even while manifesting Fox. Also, if she has any traces of the common “bigger boobs are hotter” mindset, then seeing them double-sized like this is extra attention-grabbing.

Nanase’s fairy doll spell is explicitly an Avatar spell, meant to be “inhabited” and controlled from a first-person perspective to enable telepresence. Fox, or Susan’s fairies, are semi-autonomous summons, able to be programmed with instructions or commanded by the caster. -
Helena and Demetrius are exceptions in terms of taking so long to get over their “scatterbrained” phase (two and a half years when we last saw them during “Not a Date at the Mall” during January in story-time), due to their reset having been interrupted and messed up.

My cats will come when called by name when I am calling them for food (I use specific vocabulary such as “din-din” for meals and “yummy” for treats so that they recognize what I am talking about). Coming at other times is indeed dependent on their mood at the moment.

No, which is why I think Liefeld is not the nationwide head of anything. Liefeld is probably in Chicago or somewhere else where Edward can drive to see him and return the same day. It’s Liefeld’s boss who one would have to travel to DC to meet. Liefeld also talks like he has a boss breathing down his neck as opposed to reporting straight to the Secretary of Homeland Security.

I think that Liefeld reports directly to the national head of FBI Paranormal Affairs, who is either the Director of the entire FBI himself, or reports directly to him.
