Tedd is a cat. I know that because of the commentary. Tedd does not look like a person transformed as a cat, does no look similar to Elliot when Elliot was transformed; Elliot had a cat-like face, Tedd looks human but with animal ears and a bushy tail. The features, ears, tail, are more fox-like in form, but the colors would be wrong. I hope they do not have school this morning.

Assuming Edward would let them have coffee.  Tedd needs milk to grow!

Speaking of which, Tedd, in this comic, looks physically taller; a bit difficult to say though since he is not standing relative to anyone else. They also have ginormous ta-tas. They indicated in an earlier recent comic some jealousy of Lavender's looks (of her projection), I wonder if he is (consciously or unconsciously) copying her?

That may be the case, but I suspect they are more doing a V5 cat girl.

Obviously Tedd did not stay up late enough researching, pacing & thinking. 

Tedd still looks human.  If Tedd had reached full anthropomorphic cartoon animal then an understanding of cartoon physics may have been achieved

Contrast with Elliot in cat-person form, though. No fur on the face and hands, just ears and a tail.

The last time we saw Tedd as a cat girl they didn't have fur on face or hands either.

The reason is obvious when you think about it. Tedd doesn't know what a real cat looks like. His cat does not look like a normal cat. He doesn't like going out. His social activities are always at his house. Mainly, when he goes out, he goes to school, or now to his lab.

Elliot should have Tedd over so he can observe a cat.
