Oh, I think she does.  Wonder who's idea it was to make Ellen into a cat girl the first time.

Mom can do it; now me, too!

It's a fur, fur, better thing than she has ever done before.

Tedd & Ashley may not need more details.  But what about Kevin?

Certainly he needs far more data to comprehend the current magic system.

Yes, tell Kevin all the details.  Find out if he's a prude or not!

Evidence so far suggests he lacks all context to be a prude or not.

Kevin would likely approach human reproduction with the same sort of mindset as we would to floral reproduction—it can be fascinating and both beautiful and ugly, but he has no personal stake in it.

Well, he's already made statements about "trampling on the freedom of others do to trivial differences", so he has something like a stake in human relationships.

Good point, Kevin has ethical values instilled by Arthur. But he is unable to assess compliance due to lack of insight into what makes folks tick, perhaps also due to sensory limitations, and then overreacts when the question comes up. Scrappy Kevin, what a barrel of laughs. (I can hear the laugh track playing in my head. Corporate demanded that it be included. In test showings of the comic, the audience did not get the Scrappy Kevin jokes when it was excluded.)

"Scrappy Kevin Stick, where are you, we've got some work to do now. . . ."
