My body is telling me I need to eat. My head is saying that is a bad idea. I'm about to try some Cream of Mushroom soup and see how that goes.

I have a screaming both lobs not a migraine headache for no damn good reason. I am really less than fully gruntled by this turn of events. Turning out the lights doesn't seem to have any effect so I'm off to take stage two of the headache ladder. Bleh.

XFCE4 playing nice with other applications post the most current update. Even have the right icon for Dropbox, the application most likely to make XFCE4 have issues.

The "Forgotten Realms" book "Volo's Guide to Monsters" has Kobold Inventors, which have, among other things "Scorpion on a stick" and "Wasp nest in a bag" as weapons. The players were less amused.

5 strong teas plus 4 x 65mg in 6 hours. All of of it taken well after my normal "caffeine" cut off point.

Back in Oklahoma you have some odd Indian names that look like translated Klingon. For example Tenkiller Lake. Or the former chief of the Cherokees. Wilma Mankiller.

<nerd type = "Science Fiction"> Arguably? Star Wars is space fantasy full stop. No aspect of it makes it rise to as high as "SciFi", much less science fiction. It's very good space fantasy, but it's space fantasy never the less. I'm not saying that is a bad thing, just making sure what pigeon hole it goes into is properly identified. </nerd>

Changing Medications (Level of Trust Required)

My new shrink wants me to fine tune my Imipramine dose over the next few weeks. To do this I'm to take a 50mg pill plus 1 to 3 10mg pills and work out what dose gives the best result. She gave me 90 10mg pills for the test. We are hoping that 70 or 80 mg works best, so that I can change to 3 25mg pills every night vs 1 50 mg pill one night, 2 the next etc. This should help with my weird sleep cycles. -
