Unlike some avian dinosaurs aka birds families, the ur-duck appears to predate the Cretaceous extinction event.

That would be reason XXXVIII. Doing what is right, even if it's personally painful. She is the Captain and a hero.

Basing on last panel. Body position may be giving me a false reading.

Why I love (platonically) Susan number XXXVII Gives two valid rational reasons to not jump off to possible weirdness, but does it anyway because her friends think she should.

Disguised Rhoda is obviously not stacked Rhoda. This is the first small brested transformation we have seen in a awhile. Of course Tedd isn't part of it, so that could explain why. Nope. Needs to be added to OT14 chart. While we are at it a Tedsaided - Elliot link needs to added. Poor dude all of his ships are disguised forms. Can't catch a break.

Problem with that idea is that you use semisweet chocolate for cooking.

I did say that the Older Revelation was worthy of the rightest to both study and eat... Wait. Are you saying that there are cookies that Aren't Chocolate Chip? That is unpossible!!!

Cleaning an oven that had a small grease fire in it, plus fire extinguisher leftovers and unburnt grease without oven cleaner is not really something you can do.

You lose the weight in Basic via Drill sergeants. You keep it off by having your 1st sergeant have you do physical training every @#$Q@$% morning. Of course we are talking a population that classifies any one over 40 as "really damn old", so there is that. Which does tend to limit the application to the rest of the population.

There are ways to make people lose weight, however there really aren't enough drill sergeants to go around for that mission. Actually, the DS just make you lose the weight, it's the 1st Sergeants and Sergeant Majors that make you keep it off.

Those would be Older Revelation Cookies, which while worth of study and eating by all the rightest, are not of the current revelation. Unto us the cookie was given, we shall eat the cookie. I'm only slightly joking about the near religious feelings about Toll House Cookies.

As far as I go, the canonical chocolate chip cookie recipe is the Nestle Toll House Cookie recipe. All other chocolate chip cookies are scored based on how far they differ from the source of all goodness, as handed down to us by Ruth Graves Wakefield in 1938 It is important to note, as this is one of the cases of later day revelation, that one must be true to the revelation and not taken by the false heresy of margarine instead of the revealed truth of butter. Given that to this day, the reveled truth is printed on the vessel of the chips of semi-sweetness, yes, that, does, in fact, count as home made. In fact, it is the very essence of home made Chocolate Chip Cookies.

I am aware of that, and, in fact, have used the Duck Test myself from time to time. I was just pointing out, when I made comments about the Family "Anatidae" that not all ducks pass the duck test. And some things that do pass the test aren't in fact, ducks. It's one of those expressions that really don't hold up if looked at too closely. I suspect that saying "if it walks etc like a Anas platyrhynchos or a Cairina moschata it's a Anas platyrhynchos or a Cairina moschata" is a bit much to say... I give two names there, because unlike most other domestic animals, ducks come from two species1. Most are A. platyrhynchos, aka Mallard ducks2. The C. moschata are Muscovy ducks, which despite the "From Moscow" name, are in fact a new world species. The great wiki is confused as to why this name has been applied to them. 1I actually knew that before I went wiki diving. Benefits of coming from a bird watching family. 2No relation to a Dr. Mallard who talks to dead people and says "Jethro" a lot.

Nanase obviously thinks they are good. Fear of losing them was a high priority at one time.
-
Yeah, but what does that have to do with ducks?

That statement, more or less, was used by several players when they found out he was dead.
-
Do you mean all of family "Anatidae", or just some subfamilies? And if the subfamily option, which version do you go with, the three, six or nine subfamilies? Looks like, however, that the ur-duck or proto-duck was, in fact, a dinosaur, which is cool.

For reasons, mainly do to Edge of Imperial Space, I've been reading various versions of the "If I am the [fill in the blank fantasy|SF person name]" lists. Found this one in the cultist list. This made me giggle enough to suspect I might have a bit of oxygen problems after the "fire" in the "kitchen"1 1No, I don't. The front door was open way to long for that to be the case.

My MP3 collection. Lots of stuff from the late 60's through the early 80's. The 60's and 70's stuff has a lot of stereo effects in them, from back in the day when "Stereo" was a selling point. Unfortunately I don't have a quadraphonic system, so The Who 'Quadrophenia' 1doesn't play quite as well as it might. 1Yes, I am aware that the original LP2 was only stereo. The 2011 remix, from original tapes, is in 5.1 surround sound. Notes for those under the age of 25 or so. 2That is Long Playing. What records3 used to be called. 3The big ones that played at 33 1/3 RPM, with the little hole in the center, not the smaller ones that played at 45 RPM with the big hole in the center.

The number of websites, to include Google, that knows it's my birthday and are sending me messages. Might want to generate a secondary persona for on line use, but I suspect it's to late to do that now.

Nothing. Was planning on having a roast beef, from the 500 degree thing I posted about before. Somehow started a grease fire in the oven (BEFORE I had put the roast in). Fire alarm going off. Apartment rapidly approaching ambient temperature of 49 degrees. Looks like in a few hours I will be cleaning out the oven, to include the fire extinguisher stuff. Not my best birthday. Not my worse either, but the day is young still. Regardless, not going back to bed for a while.
