Probably like Nanase—eats big meals due to using calories to regenerate magical energy stores.

Potatoes definitely don’t have enough protein. If she’s serious about being vegan, then she’ll need nuts and beans/lentils for that.

How much ground would a ground hog hog, if a ground hog would hog ground? He would hog ground for miles around, if a ground hog would hog ground.

Pasta/antipasto reactions are Italy’s greatest power source.

*handwaves* She doesn’t need to see your identification. These are not the droids she is looking for. You may go about your business. Move along.

Arthur’s current position is to officially acknowledge that magic and Mages exist, but to conceal the fact that just anybody can get magic by training for it,

Given that Pandora was not entirely human, I wonder if anything odd would show up in a DNA test of Adrian or Diane—e.g. an extra chromosome or something else that clearly shouldn’t be present in a full human.

My tomcat spent most of the night lying on my chest while I was trying to sleep last night.

If Magic has consistent rules, then it is subject to the Scientific Method. Magic in the EGS universe changes the rules whenever somebody gets to analyzing it, so it is about as far from that as is possible without being unreliability chaotic.
-
Which suggests that some of the “magic” may be Sufficiently Advanced Technology—e.g. Fireball Staff = flamethrower.

“Glurk” is an interjection similar to “gulp” or “gack”, reflecting someone who has been caught in a deception or other awkward or unfortunate situation. It has connotations of “oh crap, I’m in trouble now”.

This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, the Age of Aquarius~

Ramen noodles for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is a thing undergrad students do. I’ve been there.

My house unfortunately has rats, but my cats are very good at tracking and capturing them—they kill 2-3 per week that I know of, and probably additional ones that I never discover because they tend to eat the whole thing bones and all.

Hair fairies, of course. They are responsible for all non-canonical hair oddities in EGS.

I’m pretty sure that unilateral changes to any legally binding contract can not be made retroactive upon non-consenting parties. They can bar future products, but can not rescind permission for already-released ones.

In this case, a high score is like a high score in golf—better performance is reflected in getting as few marks as possible.

If the state of Grace’s education is indicative, their education was heavy on math and physical/biological sciences, and light on social sciences, history, arts, and literature—Grace was taught so little history that she had never heard of WWII, an event that would have happened during the childhoods of some of the older people at the lab, such as her “grandfather”.

Vladia is rather conspicuously wearing a skirt over tights as her chosen work clothes. This suggests that Vladia has internalized a feminine self-image to at least the same degree as Elliot, feeling that it is appropriate to wear feminine clothes when presenting as female, regardless of it being a non-native form. Or, as Elliot put it, “I’m wearing a skirt, and I have boobs. I’m not going to start worrying about my manly image NOW.”

Noah being happy with being adopted by Raven tells Diane that Raven is capable of being a decent father figure. The question now is of whether he could be a father figure for Diane. She may even on some level be imagining what life might have been like if Raven had raised her.

So far, so good. -
Yes, point being that it is much more plausible that information about the Diamond would be found there than in a web search by Grace.
-
Yes, why was information about the Diamond out on the open Web in the first place, given that DGB’s job was to suppress magical knowledge? At best, it should have been relegated to rumor mills such as Charlotte’s web forum. From a narrative perspective, it might have been better for Grace or Tedd to learn about it by going through Edward’s papers without permission—he apparently had a whole walk-in closet full of documents as seen in https://www.egscomics.com/comic/2002-03-19

It says that Rich is trying to think of Ellen as something beyond just a sex object.
-
Noah himself admitted to having been “desperately seeking power” to avenge his father’s death at Damien’s hands (which makes him “the child left behind” from way back when), so it is almost certain that he trained as hard as possible during that time. He also had Adrian’s guidance on what methods were better and which were foolish.
