I think yappy dogs are much worse than yappy humans, assuming you have a reason to be in the yaooy dogs area.  If not you can leave.  With yappy humans, most of the time you can change  the channel/close the window.

She very seldom draws blood when "attacking" my hands or feet.  Now jumping off my shoulder, that draws blood.
