A detailed discussion I don't feel like I needed. Also, how does THIS Grace know who hugs well? She does not seem to have hug-tennas. Maybe she just likes hugs from taller girls?

I don't think “our” Grace's antennas help with her knowing about hugs; I think it's like her “relationship” sense.  You know, the one that jiggles.  In a world that has open fairies, it's likely that semi-magical powers like that exist.

Directly talking with someone you suspect is doing something?  How are you going to get a hijink out of that?  

If nothing else, Grace has a chance of making every Ball guest a future Carriage customer.
