You know what I just realized? It's morning, probably like shortly after 8am maybe closer to 9 if that when high school starts (classes started at 8:30 when I was in high school but I imagine that varies by region), and that driver is eating a hot dog.....

Why didn't Trump wait until all of his administration had been settled in before putting out executive orders? He should have known that anyone from the Obama administration still in office would be likely to oppose anything he did. Just because Yates was acting AG while waiting for her replacement, it doesn't make her obligated to agree with anything Trump does. All she did was oppose the travel ban, and she had the support of the justice department against the ban as well. Trump firing her gives off a "my way or the highway" message to everyone else that would think to oppose him on anything. The way I see it, there are two ideologies at work here, so how could we pick which one is compromised?

Tedd would of course use his dad's car, and likely did when they went to the card tournament. He'd certainly be limited to only being able to use it when Edward wasn't working away from home. Elliot must have bought his car used with the money he earned working at the dreaded grocery store, he's probably covered under his parent's insurance though, that's how I started when I got my own vehicle. We don't know if Diane has a job, the car she picked up Nanase and Ellen with might have been her parent's. Otherwise, yeah Susan and Justin have the most steady jobs (as in they still work throughout the year although their schedules would change while they have school). Grace for sure doesn't have a drivers license yet. Nanase does because she drove to Charlotte and Rhea's place for the New Years Eve party, of course it would have been her parent's car she took, Nanase also has a babysitting job so she's probably able to use the car as long as she fills the tank. Yeah Sarah would have to have a license but because she doesn't have a paying job, she'd be limited to being allowed to use her parent's car from time to time like Tedd. As I said above about Susan and Justin, I'll also add that I think Justin might have the better paying job considering he helps manage the shop and organize events, while Susan seems to be a retail clerk.

I'm more worried that this approach to regulations is part of Trump's denial that climate change is an issue, as a lot of regulations are in place to control pollution, which the EPA says is a main cause of climate change. The problem is, those regulations also make sure that our air is breathable, our water is drinkable, and our food is edible. So removing those regulations would put everyone at risk regardless of whether or not climate change is affected.

By being passenger. Every person driving their own car is non-ecologic and non-economic anyway. I hope someone else than Sarah is driving the car she's in. Elliot? Tedd? There's also pulling over to the side of the road and calling, all you need is get the license plate info, car description, and direction on what road they're traveling.

How do you feel about the pronouncements from practically every major media source other than Fox News, that the world is ending because of Trump? Fox in general seems to want to get in Canada's face really bad. First was back in 2015 with Fox Sports' lousy treatment of us while the Toronto Blue Jays were making their post season run. And just recently Fox News tweeted that the shooter in the attack on the Quebec Mosque the other day was of Moroccan origin, which is completely false, and they haven't made any corrections at this time, which prompted our Prime Minister to fire back. Edit, turns out Fox News has deleted the tweet.

All he could say is that he had Nanase cover the til for a bit. It certainly is canon that she's used her magic in the shop before, so she could have used her fairy avatar or Justin was vague about what Nanase did and Grace filled in the blanks. Dan's stated through the last Q&A that "Magic Comic Shop" is "sort of canon?". The fact that Justin, Ellen and Nanase hung out at the comic shop prior to going to the mall in "Not a Date at the Mall" which is canon. Also the fact that both are referred to in the main comic also gives canon value to "Magic Comic Shop", however, we could easily just say that the events of "Magic Comic Shop" could have been told from the perspective of one of the character's involved, like Justin telling Grace and this is what Grace imagined happened?

Actually, the events of "Identity" happened the previous week comic time, so Catalina kissing Elliot, the rumors that Elliot is gay and Bad Tom trying to pick up Susan, were all within the past 7 days.

The last Q&A stated that "Elliot and Ellen's books were made by Mr. Verres". If he had to get someone else to do it, they should have said he got someone make them for him. Whether he knew the spell, or used a wand to make them is a question only he (and Dan) can answer.

I think this is the crux of his choice. If Magic changes, it the excess magic in the area that let's him cast this spell goes away, what gender would he want to be permanently? I honestly don't think this is the case. For one, if magic changes, Tedd will still have the TFG to use to switch back and forth just like he always did. And two, having to choose which gender he wants to be in case magic does change doesn't really sound like a genderfluid type of thinking, mainly because of the times Tedd would feel more like a guy than a girl, sure there's the TFG he can use for that but then why have to choose in the first place. Also there is three, Tedd said that even though it the spell changes his default form, it's not exactly permanent. Because it's a spell, if magic changed and he loses the spell, then it's likely Tedd would return to his original form.

There might have been a reason Edward couldn't just have made a spellbook in front of everyone for Ellen and Elliot, I'm guessing that to link one doesn't require having the person the book is intended for to be around....hmm...you know, the linking mechanic for spellbooks is probably the same as the linking mechanic for Nanase's fairy avatar. Maybe it would be enough for Tedd to get a good look at Nanase creating a doll linked to someone to apply that to creating a spellbook.
