Christian *are* a persecuted minority in the Mideast, Jews even moreso. You may have a point that Trump's exemptions for religious persecution aren't inclusive enough, but making one for christianity is entirely valid. If you're a Sunni in Shia-controlled territory you are a persecuted religious minority. Same for if you are a Shia in Sunni-held territory. Unfortunately for such people a muslim poses a security risk that Christians simply don't. I'm not sure I'd make any exceptions at all, just make sure to hold christians, jews and other non-muslim minorities where muslims can't get at them till they are fully vetted and processed as usual. Were I Trump, I wouldn't make an exception for persecuted muslims either. Hypothetically, an ISIS fighter (sunni) in Syria caught behind a Russian/Assad advance could legitimately claim to be both a refugee and member of a persecuted religion since the Assad regime almost certainly has plenty of Hezbo (Shia) fighters around. But you wouldn't want to fast-track them into the US.

Assuming Catalina normally weighs 126 pounds (chosen because it ought to be close to her actual weight and divides evenly by 7), divide both by 7 we get 18/49 pounds for about 37% or a pound. Or 18*16/49 for 5.9 ounces. That's not too difficult to support. If Rhoda wore a bra that pushed her breasts together, say a spandex bra, she should be able to support Catalina even if Catalina were nestled comfortably between. Looking at how much of Catalina is showing in Rhoda's shirt, Catalina is almost-surely laying on top of a spandex bra that has little depth of cleavage that Rhoda's top itself doesn't have. Given how things like this tend to go for EGS characters, this is probably Try #2 or more. Previous attempts might have had Catalina slipping into the valley between Rhoda's breasts or sliding off a too-smooth bra surface into Rhoda's shirt.

I'm an American and I only grudgingly acknowledge "American Cheese" as in fact being cheese at all. Give me a good swiss, a sharp cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan (among others) for my pizza...Smoked cheese generally making things better still. The easiest way to do this, if we must have more legislation in our lives (and I'm not at all sure we do), is to call out the *behaviors* we want to protect against. They'd be wrong no matter who does them. Gratuitous or otherwise unnecessary display of breasts or genitalia, especially when children are present. Gratuitous or otherwise unnecessary "peeping" under, over or around a bathroom partition or door. Fill in the details and commonsense exceptions and there you go.
