We had a particularly "colorful language" platoon sergeant. Sorta filtered down to the rest of the platoon. Actually when wasn't cursing is when you knew that he was Not Happy.

I would be intimidated by Nanase if I met her in real life. Of course, given our massive age difference it would be unlikely that I would meet her, unless she played D&D or was in the SCA.

I just had a blood draw. Like all blood tests I assumed I needed to fast before. Nope. Now having a cup of tea and thinking about a bagel with jam. -

Russia did a lot of upgrades in the 2005-2015 time frame. Most tanks have been overhauled for example.

I get 2 bags of mixed salad greens every week when I go to the store. Each bag is 3 bowls, which may or may not be a day's worth of food.

I'm so glad today was more or less cool and cloudy. Don't think I want to deal with a migraine when it's hot and bright. With any luck this will break by morning.
