Changing Medications (Level of Trust Required) (Content TV-MA)

Good luck. It could be worse, you could be doing that trip during the weekend of the OU-Texas game. I did that as part of a business trip. Worse traffic I've been in ever. -
Well, I'm legally a Kansas resident now. Got my ID card in the mail today. And there was much rejoicing among the people...

Well, it's up to 70% of 1 inch of snow now. It's half-ass raining now, so I suspect I'm going to wake up to a "Winter wonderland" or a backyard full of ice, what ever. At any rate I don't even have to take my trash out tomorrow, so I really don't care what the weather is like, not until Sunday any way. Sunday it's supposed to be sunny and 51 so there is that. And those of you that live in the frozen north, I don't care that you would kill for just an inch of snow this time of year. It's not normal for this part of the world. Let me be clear here, It's the rain before and after the snow that I'm having issues with. I wouldn't mind if it just drop some snow and went away, but this not quite freezing rain is starting to chap my buns.

Changing Medications (Level of Trust Required) (Content TV-MA)

Yeah, I've got various "PM" pain pills that have the same active ingredient as Benadryl, but they aren't working today. I'm amped, but can't do crap on any project I should be working on. I strongly suspect I'm having a hypo-manic episode, which sucks. -
You change the locks to make sure they don't come back. I suspect that the rental office is going to send some one over in the next few days to clean out the furniture from the place.

Good point. It does reflect her some what conflicted thoughts about female nudity however.

This has been known to happen, particularity after I get a bunch of players that seem to want to chase down all survivors of a melee.

I think that the fantasy art, in panel 6 of this strip has got to be one of my favourite single panels in all of EGS. It reflects so much of the inner character of so many of the main cast.

I was afraid that my cat, Explorer, would live up to her name with regards to open doors leading to the out side. Doesn't seem to and in fact seems to almost be afraid of doors being opened. She must want not be a barn cat any more. Not warm and dry like she is now.

The sheriff office just showed up to evict my house neighbour. I'm of mixed minds about this. It's annoying because they are noisy and banging on the door and what not. I suspect this is a waste of time any way as he (my neighbour) told me back in December that he was moving out and I haven't heard or seen him in the last week or so.

And I can't sleep and the Q isn't doing it normal knock me out thing. Not sure what I'm going to do. I feel like crap but can't seem to fall asleep even under the effects of NyQuil, which normally knocks me right the [redacted] out. Bleh -

It's official. I have a cold. I'm taking NyQuil and going back to bed this morning. -
Having a bad guy run away to bother the hero's another day is one of the few advantages Computer RPG have over Table Top RPG. I can't even begin to count the number of times that I've had players chase down villains running away.

She must have worn herself out, as she is now sleeping in the chair. She was maximum active for about 30 minutes.

It seems to me that some form of control over the use of the wand is, in fact, needed. Unless Tedd has a set of watches that she can hand out that increase the wearer's resistance to magic. Given that increasing peoples resistance to magic is a major goal of Tedd, I'm surprised she hasn't already made something like that, assuming it can be done as a watch/wand.

I have an ottoman as part of my over stuffed chair. Explorer, my cat, just blasted out the bedroom, charged across the living room and jumped over the ottoman, ending up in the kitchen, with enough hang time as to be noticeable. She has done this like 3 times in the last 5 minutes.

I've decided to punt. Me and the cat are back in bed and I'm reading EGS from "New and Old Flames" on to current.

I've got at least three projects to be working on today but I can't seem to get going on any of them, and this is after taking 5mg of Adderall. I'm about to say "punt" and just go back to bed and read EGS from about 2010 to current.

My cat, Explorer, has spent most of this morning either on my WW2 American/UK tank book on my book shelf or in the window sill. More on the window sill than on the book, but enough on the book that I'm not putting it back in the normal book shelf slot for it, because she seems to like it on top of the smaller shelf. Any rate, she is bird watching and making the odd chittering sound every once and a while.

Modern batteries, in theory, don't have that as an issue. Not saying that wands are modern batteries, just saying that batteries don't have that problem most of the time.
