I dunno, it might be easier to let go if you could see your descendants spreading out across the world, than it would be to say goodbye to your only child, knowing your love for him would be forgotten....and especially if there were hard feelings and misunderstandings between you!

I did not see that coming.  I thought Tedd would be needing hugs but it looks like Pandora is the one who does.  Tedd reaching out to Pandora doesn't surprise me.  As you said, he is a protector/healer who is at heart a tremendously sensitive soul.  What has surprised me is how much strength Tedd has shown in hearing hard truths about his life.  Really, his parents as well have underestimated him, even Edward who should know him best.  I get it, the desire to protect can blind you, but Tedd, with the help of his friends, especially Elliott and Grace, isn't the bomb waiting to go off that Ellen fears.

Tedd is a better person than many suspect. It is precisely because of his empathy and his desire to protect those he cares about that he is vulnerable to becoming corrupted. With all the hurt and injury done to him early in his life he withdrew into himself to protect himself. Getting Elliot as a friend was the best thing that could possibly have happened to him; if Colonel Sanders had succeeded in killing Elliot, it would have been the worst -- provoking the kind of anger and hate in Tedd that was precisely what Sanders wanted.
We have time and again seen Tedd step up to the plate when his friends were in danger or someone was trying to harm them. And that is no small thing. He is also the sort of person who would intercede if he sees a perfect stranger in pain. This is Tedd at his purest. Like Elliot, he is a protector and possibly more. Perhaps even a healer.
ETA: I also see the first hint of a possible non-selfish motivation for Noriko to withdraw from Tedd. Maybe she was afraid that her profession would draw dangerous attention to Tedd and potentially make him a target for anyone who wanted to get at her. It is not as if this hasn't precedent. (It is usually also complete codswallop and the idiot doing it ends up doing more harm than good, but there you are.)

Unfortunately, I kind of agree.  But it's still an awful situation.  Tedd without a mother, thinking she left because he wasn't good enough (there is a conversation between he must have overheard as a child that led to him coming to that conclusion, at least I hope it was that and not Noriko saying something to him directly), or Tedd with a mother who either considers him not good enough or perhaps, crippled in some way, too vulnerable to keep in her life.  She needed some serious counseling and I do confess to looking forward to seeing her reaction to discovering Tedd is a seer/wandmaker.
Also, I wanted to address this bringing-Tedd-up-to-speed episode.  I know that at times, I have grumbled (hopefully not too loudly) at the pace of important reveals to various people, especially Tedd, but honestly, without the build-up, these reveals wouldn't have had the dramatic impact.  I mean, literally years in the making.  And now, Pow, Tedd knows and we are shocked, surprised, elated that he knows the truth, want to give him hugs for the pain he's been through.  Really, the drama in these scenes has been well earned.  Kudos to Dan.

Dang, so he straight up resisted the wand.  So just as Pandora said, he has power galore but has to empower a wand to be able to cast a spell?  Unless it's his mark, I guess.  Does that mean he started out awakened or does that not even make sense for him?
As for Noriko, I am angry at what she did, but sad for her and Tedd.  She missed out on getting to know Tedd and Tedd grew up thinking he was no good.  But if Noriko isn't ready to see Tedd's value beyond being a wizard, he is better off without her in his life.

The linked comic mentions that Sirleck was planning on making his host someone who was low-profile and was not connected to his previous host. The butler doesn't fit this profile. I don't think the butler is going to be Sirleck's next full-time host, more of a temporary host until he can get into position to take the intended host.  From that same linked comic, the last two panels seem to imply that Sirleck is planning a double-cross.  It may have been said before, but I believe Sirleck is planning to take the new physical form of the wizard.  What would happen if Sirleck possessed a body of a wizard?  Would he have access to spells as well?

Ah Dan, you old rascal you.  You just love throwing another log on the roaring fire of Fan Shipping.  Now we know that nothing will break Tedd and Grace up and we already have the One True Triad with Sarah.  And true, there have always been the stalwart ones, who have help out hope for a Tedd Elliot pairing, but now... Starship TessElliot has roared out of the spaceport.
Honestly though, is there some kind of diagramming language/symbology for Transgender Polyamorous Shipping?  I'm sure we can chart the whole cast into some kind of linked whole based purely on who has blushed at who in canon comics.

I think this comic represents the true source of Pandora's insanity.  Think of her choices.  Blaike has gone on to that ultimate adventure, the Undiscovered Country, death, and Pandora can not follow.  Her son, being long-lived, is still around and is a living, breathing connection to the love she had with Blaike.  If she resets to protect her sanity, her memories of her son and husband will be as if she were reading them in a memoir, stripped of their emotional context, stripped of their life.  Right now, with the Immortal's near perfect memory, Blaike must seem almost alive in her mind and heart.  To regain sanity, she must rip him out of her heart.  I think if Adrian had died some time ago as well, when she was more sane, she might have been able to do reset herself, but her perfect memory of a mother's love must be keeping her from resetting as long he lives.  What would it be like to know you would never again really love your son if you reset? That if you saw him again, you would think, oh yes, I know about that person, not I KNOW that person?
Her quest to remain unbored is her quest to keep from finally giving in to complete insanity.   Insane, she might think nothing of killing all around her, including her son.  I think if Adrian were to die now, Pandora would let herself give in to that terrible state of mind, the closest she might think she would ever get to some kind of final peace.  I wonder, can an immortal be killed?  If so, how many immortals might die fighting an insane Pandora.  Pandora might be the nightmare that keeps other Immortals awake at night.
