  1. Story Friday December 2, 2016

Jerry Jerry, I though better of you ... Fear? On his place, I would immediately (well ... after they end this discussion) tried to verify that. He DOES have freedom of movement and observation ... But admitting his mistake would also be good idea. Also, Jerry died properly. Helena and Demetrius might not remember stuff useful for selfdefense. Who's got whom removed? I'm not sure if it's that much worse than when you talk about someone and he's behind you. When you finance your retirement condo with a 30 century mortgage, you take certain precautions. Since the mortgage was owned by the bank (specifically the east bank of the Nile) I just needed to remind the loan arranger (and Tonto) that I owned the entire Nile. Both banks and the mosquitos included. So if you check the financial statements, I have been my best banking customer. I though best way to get your finance in order would be to remind them you own the entire Nile including the crocodiles. The hair color wouldn't be issue especially considering 1) that they can tell doctor it was just color for long time 2) I'm not sure if Susan mentioned it's no longer color even to her mom ... I agree that he might not be around that conversation, possibly even BECAUSE he though he won't need to be there because Edward can protect them. If he WOULD be there, he would have option to just appear before Nanase between those two conversations.

Lucy's longest dialogue is about how wrong Elliot is for Diane. And Lucy is totally ignoring her date at the mall despite all the little hearts floating around his head. She's dating that boy for money. Is likely not her type. If she would actually searching for someone she likes, she would be searching differently. Agree. The chemistry is pretty obvious. And Elliot would never date "mirror universe Susan", she would remind him Susan too much. He can date Ashley because she's totally different. (Well ... she MIGHT remind him Nanase a bit, but not that much.)
  3. So how likely is it that Elliot can transform people and just hasn't read his spellbook enough to know it? Considerably bigger now than when he was talking about it.
  4. He might be less resistant to seeing the process of clothes disappearing than just naked Sarah. Also, even in Playing With Dolls she was pretty started when Nanase dropped her pants. Accidents. Multiple times. We don't know how sexual Uryuoms are, just that nudity is not associated with sex for them. That bit about not enjoying close contact but not sex was specific for asexual Seyunolu. Grace doesn't seem asexual. I think that 8, while not record, wouldn't be good idea. On the other hand, Grace can totally want everyone because she would consider rude to not include someone. Still, there is chance some of them would reject ... Grace would be sad but it would be better for the child. Except it wouldn't really be seeing Sarah naked, it would be seeing a transformed figure naked while Sarah's mind happens to be inside it. Technically yes. On the other hand, how many of those cases of seeing Sarah naked was likely to be "vanilla" Sarah instead of transformed somehow? Actually, I think Grace is wise enough to realize that it would be a bad idea to go anywhere under the influence of Tea that they wouldn't go otherwise. Especially if it were making Tedd uncomfortable, but even if he seemed willing, I see her being the voice of reason here, precisely because being naked isn't a big deal to her and thus she'd be the one thinking most clearly. That depends what the effect of the tea on her will be. Generally, the sober person is likely to be voice of reason, but if she will be testing it as well ...
  5. Who else? Also, I'm not sure if we can believe Catalina can transform other people to catgirls NOW, but she is likely to get that ability after awakening ...
  6. Story Wednesday November 30, 2016

We may see him in Grace's dreams again, maybe to let her know if everything's ok or thank her for helping. I do wonder if we'll ever see him outside of Grace's dreams though. Maybe we already did? It would be courtesy, but considering Grace's score in remembering those dreams, it might not be worth it. She's The Other Woman With Susan's Face. I see Susan having another flashback when she actually meets Diane. "The Other Woman" has completely different hair style, not speaking about having no reason to be there. I'm speaking about this page, frame 7.
  7. Story Wednesday November 30, 2016

She's only offered to help Sarah because she likes her, also Sarah being pretty close to Tedd helps quite a bit. Susan is Tedd's friend, but they're not that close and Tedd hasn't even met Diane so I don't think Pandora would be too quick to extend the offer to her. Maybe trying some different angle than "Diane is totally close to Tedd" would be better strategy Noriko (I see you added her few minutes later). And possibly Mrs. Kitsune. Depending what "Pandora" means. He know Adrian has mother, he may know she's named Pandora, but he definitely doesn't know it's the immortal who is marking people around and is unlikely to connect it. He may no longer be able to cast that spell, due to "success". She likely knows exactly the same as Edward ... except she's not even aware someone is marking people in Moperville.

No, and a garlic press isn't garlic. A machine can be named for or described in terms of what it processes, not just what it's made of. Oh. Didn't looked at it from this angle.
  9. Story Wednesday November 30, 2016

If Tedd doesn't go further into depression over almost causing the system change. He might totally be against helping others get magic, even if it is Susan's sister. Sure ; Hard to predict how Tedd would react. Alternatively, he might want to take revenge at magic or something and try to get magic to as many people as possible. I dunno, maybe, he did offer to mark Sarah, the question would be whether Jerry could help provide the means for Diane to build up her own magic power at his "age" Immortals certainly don't need to be two hundreds to mark anyone ... but yes, it is possible it will take Jerry several years to get enough power for that. Forgot about this detail. Certainly. Question is if Pandora will be willing to help Diane. Although it would be worth the try.
  10. Story Wednesday November 30, 2016

Forgot about that. Me too. But I was looking at comics around those referenced specially for case there is something there I forgot. If the system changes, Susan and Diane will still have their talent. Tedd then may be able to help them find out how to utilize it. If the system wouldn't change, considering Jerry's vow it shouldn't be that hard to get Diane marked. Training properly can then more than compensate missing clog ; Susan likely didn't trained so much.
  11. Story Wednesday November 30, 2016

    That's not so hard guess.
  12. Story Wednesday November 30, 2016

It was January 16, 2015. So a bit less than two years. ... the time flies really fast ...
  13. NP, Wednesday November 30, 2016

Why would her liking girls mean she's not liking guys?
  14. Dec 2016 Pinup polls

I wouldn't be surprised if the bow ends up covering more than the bikini.
  15. Story Wednesday November 30, 2016

That wasn't that long ago, was it? I would say that in both cases, there will be strong reason to tell - we just don't see that reason for Tedd yet. But, yes, I would expect they would have prepared it better. It seems like Ellen and Nanase didn't even talked about who will say what ... Agree. Definitely. We know Voltaire has been hanging around watching everything, what has Jerry been up to since New Years? Also, where's Helena and Demetrius? they obviously weren't watching Elliot when Voltaire made his appearance. Why do you think so? They might've just decided it's not worth it to show. Also, her father told her she is not supposed to tell mom. That alone signifies it's important. By the way, WHO is that third person in that flashback? Her father? That woman? Older Susan? Diane will need to learn summoning and fighting with magic weapons. Susan is the best one to teach her that. Unarmed martial arts which everyone else is learning wouldn't really help her. Although it IS possible there's nothing Susan can do NOW - she would need to wait for Diane to get magic first - I'm not sure how would waiting with this information help. Remember, Diane is convinced Susan is her sister and wants to talk with her, should they be hiding Susan from her?
  16. NP, Wednesday November 30, 2016

Diane might be THAT good keeping the group together. Yes it is possible. Or she might saw her playing Xena RPG on other occasion. She may not be, but that's definitely what she pretend to work towards.
  17. Story, Friday November 25, 2016

The cow is a machine to convert vegetation into meat and milk. From that certain point of view I was discussing, that is. That doesn't make it vegetation. I'd prefer food that doesn't talk back... Slaves who talk back don't deserve anything better The distinction to not eat slaves just doesn't make sense to me. I understand if someone doesn't want to eat humans (I don't want to eat them either), but if you decide some species is ok to eat, why should slaves of that species be an exception? (Unless we use "eat" in that innuendo sense.)
  18. Story Monday November 28, 2016

He didn't "just" reset and I don't think it takes so long if you reset properly. Personally I consider one likely possibility that pre-reset Jerry in his state of growing omniscience saw that Susan had a half sister before he passed on and 'saved' the information for post-reset Jerry. It would be smart thing to do, definitely. Or that. Generally, with proper reset, there could be lot of informations that he could gave to his younger self regarding not only Susan but recognizing sisters in general.
  19. Story Monday November 28, 2016

True ; however, there would still be knowledge-based loopholes on it. For start, "destroy this ship ... hey, I didn't knew Elliot's on board". Better than VCR Box.
  20. Story Monday November 28, 2016

True, it does leave it to interpretation though, and we know there have been many battles over interpretation throughout history. Yes. It likely leads the chart, above gold, jewels and oil, to name few other from the top ten of what battles are fought over. Hmmm ... maybe space to live in might be tied. So ... I would assume Dan wouldn't include any magic-aware Holy Order in comics, because that would mean more things he would need to be careful around.
  21. Story Monday November 28, 2016

There's still the belief that magic and the divine are linked. The carefulness can IMHO be best seen here, where Nanase is careful. But even in the page you linked, note how in commentary Dan explicitly mentions that this comics will not answer the question if the guardian form is divine. Pandora actively tries to not know everything to get at least little chance to be surprised. Still, yes, I'm surprised it surprised her.
  22. Story Monday November 28, 2016

Regardless of whether Susan and Diane are somehow related, Jerry protecting Diane doesn't break his vow, unless that would somehow harm Susan (which seems unlikely; or, if this is the case, Jerry probably doesn't know about it). If they're unrelated, it doesn't matter (as far as his vow is concerned) whether he protects Diane; if they are related, then protecting Diane would be necessary, and not protecting her would break the vow. Being wrong in the other direction could result in breaking the vow; protecting Diane is safe either way. Yes, in this case it can be resolved safely. But it's still dangerously close. What would happen if he didn't know Diane is sister and failed to protect her? Or what if there would be different sister and he would protect Diane and harm the real sister that way? That would be plausible but would present even MORE danger to Elliot. I would assume that while knowledge and intent is important, you can't fool it easily by being lazy in gathering information. Because it's about what he believes and not about what he can justify. Also, given how he reacted to memory of Old Jerry, I would suspect he would prefer to be somewhere else and certainly made sure he's not doing it needlessly. (But yes, "Jerry CANT be wrong" might've been too much.)
  23. Story Monday November 28, 2016

Technically, Dan already has. And you may notice how extremely careful he was around it.
  24. Story, Friday November 25, 2016

Yes, we are star dust ... Well, there was that moment where probably CP-symmetry violation caused there was not enough antimatter to annihilate all matter ...
  25. Story Monday November 28, 2016

Not only is this crazy, also do you really think Dan would consider risking alienating people with strong opinion on Christianity with involving Holy Order in world with proved supernatural? The indirect implication that Jesus might've been immortal is enough ...
