Changing Medications (Level of Trust Required)

Back from doctor, laden with more pills and a Ventolin inhaler. We'll see if that'll show 'em a thing or two. -

Heading off to the doctor to see what can be done about this coughing. Expecting more antibiotics, plus a refill on my hydrocodone for my back. -
I'd say the end result looks like a Clawed-ette.

The Augmentin hasn't done its job. I'm going back to my primary doctor—hopefully tomorrow, if an appointment is available. -

I don't remember that being a symptom of any of my surgeries. They must have carried out yours in a different manner. Can't say I'd want a metallic taste in the first place, but I think I'd prefer it over what actually did happen to me. Good luck with your recovery! May it be a speedy and non-metallic one. -
The Uryuoms have made mention of the TF gun / CMD using "Object Oriented Programming" that is now not allowed on their homeworld. For Tedd, getting it to work with humans again should be as simple as figuring out how the new API works.
-
Don't feel bad. Haven't you ever had a fluid dream, where one reality flows into the next? As far as Elliot was concerned, Tedd most likely left the picture some while ago.

There are many ways you could interpret a butt catching air. Most of them are none too fragrant. -
I keep meaning to get to it, but there's this pot of yogurt in the fridge ...

I know that The Dan has not come straight out and said that Edward is a wizard, but given: his use of a spell without a wand to verify Elliot's identity, and at least one of his subordinates has been identified by Raven as being a wizard, I would very strongly agree with your assumption.
-
Much of the main cast (Edward not included) seem to be terrible liars. Edward makes up for the rest of them in efficacy, even if his don't look like they would work. He has a wizard-level affinity for misdirection.

I was an Enabler back when I worked for the IRS in the 80s/early 90s. Pretty damned good at it, too! Oh, wait. Different "enable."

Mrs. Prof is within earshot. That's all I'm saying.

I would like to try curry puffs one day. This morning, though, along with my pills (which I forgot to count but assume total the same as yesterday), I'm having Fage blueberry + açai yogurt with some Bonne Maman wild blueberry preserves added. Yes, I know I've been yogurt binging lately, but the stuff is in the house so rarely that I pounce on it whenever I can get my wife to buy it.

Moved on to Icelandic Provisions "SKYR" yogurt with strawberry and lingonberry. It's not very sweet, so I added a bit of honey. (Sorry, it's Texas honey - Icelandic Honey Week hasn't rolled around yet.) Good stuff.

Elliot looks so smug in panel six. I agree with @ijuin - it's payback for http://www.egscomics.com/index.php?id=146.

Fage Key Lime Greek yogurt. Good, but I like their blood orange flavor best. Unfortunately, it's hard as hell to find.

Changing Medications (Level of Trust Required)

Still sick here. I think I'm probably going to have to go to my primary doctor again on Monday. Not blowing green out of my sinuses anymore, but my chest feels tight. I'm going to give the Augmentin the weekend to solve the problem, and then decide on a return appointment Monday morning. In other news, my psych doctor's office called to confirm my Monday appointment. I told them I'm still sick and tried to reschedule for later in the week. They said call back when I'm well and reschedule then. Translation: we're getting fed up with having to reschedule you because you're sick all the time. Geez, I'm sorry, but I can't help it. Twerps. -
Listening to the play-by-play call of the Richmond v Adelaide Aussie Rules Football preseason match replay in the background while I do my morning browsing. Frontier FiOS has finally added the HD feed of Fox Soccer Plus (for which I pay extra), so I'm going to watch/listen to as much of this season on it as I can.

Are you post-op now? Did I miss your scheduling? -

There is also a reference to "Nash seats" in an episode of the 70's sitcom Happy Days in which Richie is trying to buy a car—with his father's help. I don't think the car that had Nash seats passed muster. Found the reference to it here - look for episode #2, "The Lemon." They apparently did buy the car anyway, but not with the results they wanted. -

Slightly off-topic, but I would like to see more of the character in the turtleneck sweater with the flipped hair that Elliot leaped over in the last panel. I like her design very much. -

I don't think Ashley would be judgemental. Or jealous. That's kind of what I meant to get at. She'd want to meet the crying girl and learn why Elliot's comforting her. -
And, five years later, these jerks still aren't into college yet.
