Is Putin clearing out Russia's junk yards by making old weapons & vehicles barely operational then driving them over the border to break down?

You may have seen this photo claiming it was a Leopard 2 captured by Russian forces after it got stuck in the mud.
Problems with this
Leopard 2 haven't been sent to Ukraine yet This is a 4 year old photo from a German training ground

Is Coyote an available Druid type?
They seem to have unlimited hit points.

Back to the original post, I just re-read the drop and they more then slightly nurfed wild shape. They made it where it's close to useless, at least as far as it's current use goes. Among other things, it's not a big bag of hit points that the druid can access for combat, but uses the druid's hit points. The guy I know that plays a druid is going to be upset about that.

Blizzard did that to me, about six or seven years ago.
I had to add this after I read that article. The thermocline is a great analogy.

The Old Hack got a reaction from Darth Fluffy in Discussion of Military, real or fictional
I saw someone who overreacted so much to the spy balloon that he called it "USA's new Sputnik moment". I mean honestly. This sort of thing was more or less a constant during the entire Cold War. Literally everyone who was anyone did it. Bollocking Denmark did it to East Germany and we are not exactly a world power. I mean what was the guy excited about? A balloon technology gap? I won't worry about it until I see examples of formation flying Chinese balloons shoot down F-16s and F-22s, presumably doing so with their superior speed and maneuverability.

The Old Hack got a reaction from Darth Fluffy in NP Comic for Thursday, Feb 2, 2023
I remember a game where we were more or less doing "CSI: Forgotten Realms" in one scenario. We were investigating some mysterious thefts and a possible murder. At one point my character, a guard sergeant, got asked if it was OK if they took the corpse away. The player group wanted to see if we could learn more from the corpse; due to me having the highest Healing skill I got picked to do the honours.
I looked at the corpse -- a hapless beggar from the slums -- and crit failed. I said aloud, "Clearly dead from a drug overdose. Not of interest to our case. Go ahead and take the corpse away."
My DM actually gave me bonus XP for creatively screwing myself over.

I have driven in ice storms in three states. I don't recommend it - if you have a viable alternative, do that instead.
That said: it's worse in areas that rarely gets such things (such as Seattle where I lived for 30+ years, Portland OR that I was driving through during one, and Dallas where the Professor is) than in areas where they are fairly common (such as Indiana where I went to college).
There are several reasons why the areas that rarely get them get it worse. Three big ones:
1) Almost nobody knows how to drive in them
2) Almost nobody - not road maintenance crews, not emergency services, not electric line crews, not city buses - has specialized equipment to deal with them. (Seattle buses typically need chains for one 24-hour period, or less, every five to eight years; guess what they usually aren't carrying when that time arrives, particularly if it starts in mid-afternoon.)
3) Ice at 31.5 degrees Fahrenheit is much slicker than ice at 0 Fahrenheit.

I'd laugh, except it's not funny, it's tragic.
