Welcome! 03/05/2016
Welcome, everyone, to the new 910CMX Community Forums. I'm still working on getting them running, so things may change. If you're a 910 Comic creator and need your forum recreated, let me know and I'll get on it right away. I'll do my best to make this new place as fun as the last one!

Some of my favorite strips were of Snoopy acting as Scout Leader to the Bird Scouts troop.

So you want a technical but all you have is a dune buggy. Got you covered.

That is what "covered by fire" means. If you don't have it all you have is a slight annoyance to the attacking forces.

Hm. This is just me but I would count defences that slow down the enemy as obstacles, especially if they are placed so as to allow the defenders more time to shoot back at the attackers. Barbed wire, trenches with earthworks, caltrops, minefields -- none of them really stop the enemy. But they do buy you valuable time. Or possibly even invaluable time.
To stay with the terminology, maybe we could consider them 'terminating.'

Yeah, that truck is perfectly fine. It's just delivering a planet. Where do you want them to unload it?

The Old Hack reacted to ProfessorTomoe in New Music Release Thread
It is now less than 24 hours until the release of "Lady Tygress' Suite and Other Commissions," and I am sweating the minutes as they pass. I've been hunting down details and taking aim at them with a shotgun, pulling the trigger where necessary. My Bandcamp pages are primed and ready to go. All I have to do is hit the "Publish" button. I've set up automatic Tweets to cover today. My HearNow page is complete. I still need to set up my web site main page post, and I'll have to do my Facebook stuff at the last minute tomorrow. I'll have plenty of time, since I don't have to be at the hospital until 12:00 pm farking noon (and I have to be NPO through the whole period from midnight until then). I've also got to e-mail a couple of publicity sites.
I'm calling upon the forum brain trust for help. Am I missing anything here? What else do I need to cover in order to get this album released?

Iron infusion went about as well as can be imagined. I'm sitting here some 6 hours afterward, watching the World Series, feeling mostly okay as long as I don't get up (and as long as McCullers doesn't keep serving up home run balls to the Phillies), at which point I get dizzy and light-headed. Got a good headache to go with it. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's joint pain and swelling, but I'm not dreading it, either. I should be able to do my last pre-op exam at the hospital tomorrow where the surgery will take place will few problems, if any.

NAFO is popular on several of the Discord servers I'm on, which lead me to the `We Are NAFO` server. Oddly this is their last rule:
