Maybe, maybe not.  Voltaire is powerful and knows how Pandora operates.  What's more she's been a lot calmer since the older strips where she appeared as the creepy girl that crashed Rhoda's TV interview or shredded Magus' astral form for not making Ed Verres kill Abraham.
I did say this was an idea I was playing with but hadn't committed to.

Not to my speculation, not.  I mostly use it as an extrapolation tool.
I have harder time with speculation that doesn't spring from a basis in continuity.  We can reasonably deduce that Voltaire knows Pandora is around.  If he marked Dex, we cna further assume he knows the style with which she marks people and conclude that he was attempting to frame her for Dex.  There's no reason to imagine any long history between them until there's evidence for it.
At least give me points for suggesting a multiple personality complex so profound it produces multiple physical bodies....

Have I mentioned I have trouble with words that are correctly spelled, but not the right word?  My normal fail is form or from, but I have noticed the table/tablet problem the more I deal with hand held computers that are not also phones.

I once had the distinct displeasure of being in a chat where a troll fine specimen of Conservative manhood kept calling me a Liberal... f-word aimed at denigrating my sexual orientation. When sufficiently annoyed, I started to refer to him as a Commie Monarchist. Wonderfully, he took the bait and asked me what the nether regions I meant.
I told him that since he came from the red part of the political spectrum, he was presumably a redcoat loyal to King George and a devoted communist. This annoyed him considerably. I admit I mainly did it because I was vastly amused by the inherent incompatibility between communism, monarchists and the US government.
ETA: Yes, I know I have stated I will not normally post here. I was tired and didn't realise what thread I was posting in. My apologies.

Hack posted Plan B earlier.  The problem is they can't get to the sporting goods store to get the rope with out the dreaded "Kawaii".  Simple really.

I chose to take hkmaly's question as implicitly reading "What makes you think he can't do griffins? (as a default function of his "be a girl" spell)"

Vorlonagent didn't say he couldn't, only that he couldn't do it without using energy to warp the spell.

True. They don't START being complicated. They might just END up that way.

The Moderator: I can see poster histories but in this case I hardly needed to. An entire forum full of spam from a new poster. He got the boot at once.

Assuming the mouse over data in this web page is right, Oklahoma has the highest chance of Trump taking the state of all the "red" states.   99.1%.
I hate my life some times.

No no no no no.  I'm not anti-vaccination.  If a political figure is anti-vaccination they are dead to me.  Sorry if I came across the other way.

Nope. Not I know of.  Of course I did flood the bathroom yesterday, but that was because I forgot I was running water for a soak and set down at the computer.  Remembered just in time to not quite shut the water off fast enough.

Earlier today I was buying food from a store, and on my way back I was watching this girl, probably around 7 or so, playing with her pet duck. Somehow the young lady taught the thing how to do an odd waddling dance, and fly up and nestle on her shoulder like a a parrot would. Kudos to the kid, she's good with birds apparently.

Possibly not but I felt it deserved an honourable mention, given that I had it happen to me so many times.

It's been long enough since I last read that book, but I had this suspicion its name wasn't nearly that long....

"The End of the Matter," if I recall correctly (though the title wasn't exactly apt, as it was definitely not the end of Flinx's adventures)....
I'm still waiting for my pet Minidrag, though.

Not quite that often, but it's been known to happen.  One reason I keep a spare scrub top in a drawer by my desk.
Tail is not exactly an attack so I didn't count it.  I will note that my little girlcat has taken to jumping from one dresser to the other, and wrapping her tail around the floor lamp in between them as she goes by, making it wobble dangerously.  I swear she must be at least part monkey, that tail gets such a good grip on the lamp!

I assumed that would be a link to one of the great movies of our time, "Hudson Hawk".
Yes, I know that 75% of people didn't like it.  But that means 1 in 4 did.  So there.

There's a good murder mystery series by Donna Andrews which she started back at the turn of the century after a challenge to do a story with a protagonist that had never been done before.  Turing Hopper is an artificial intelligence program that started out as a library research computer.  (Google existed at this point, but wasn't nearly as ubiquitous as it is now.)  The service used several different versions of the assistance program, with different "personalities" to appeal to different tastes, and Turing Hopper was the most popular and thus got more and more resources.  She could adapt herself to make herself more useful to customers, and decided that learning how to present a more appealing and helpful personality, as well as getting better at her job, would fulfill that purpose and keep herself 'alive' to boot.  Sentience developed from there.
