Nonetheless, Prof, take care of yourself. Make sure you stay hydrated and don't push yourself too hard. We value you here, old friend, and want you to stay healthy

Hehe, that reminds me of a particular battle my Heavy Gear group had, took over a year to complete. Mind you we did only have 1 session a week so 57 session at 3 hours a session to simulate 1 or 2 turns probably isn't comparable to to webcomics and there was also the fact that the battle was huge, it was a prison break, but the prison was an absolute fortress with artillery turrets and several platoons of hovertanks and frames of various design that the GM had to micromanage. We had our own army as well with tanks and gears that we had to micromanage. It was the source of a pretty epic maneuver that had one of our guys jump his gear onto a passing hovertank and ride it like a surfboard while he destroyed 4 others.

I'd say whoever has possessed the dishwasher just wants to to jam. Maybe JML should pair it up with the washing machine and dryer so they can start a band.

Okay, now I have to ask. Is there also such a thing as BDSM Unix?

Back in my time spent on IRC there was a /slap that involved a trout. Someone had created their own version that used a 60lbs Unix manual instead of a fish. Used it quite often too so....I would say Yes?

Such explanation might work but not on fairies. Those tend to have little computer knowledge and sometimes even explode electronic when get near.
Note: Magic and programming tend to have LOT common. Starting with both involving obscure languages uninitiated have no chance to understand The major difference is that programs run on computer: magic runs on reality. I already mentioned that "fairy" components common between Dex, Susan and Nanase's spell might be magic equivalent of shared library.

Sounds good. Not that apple viruses really don't exist ... 1, 2, ...
I don't count as Christian at all, but I still respect many of Christ messages. Like when he thrown money changers from the temple. Also, I liked gospel of Thomas. (What do you mean wikiquote doesn't contain full version? ) I have considerably less respect for Church.
I think if bible wouldn't be for me I would get burned touching it.

Grrl Power opened with a few pages of current time, and then started on a flashback. Four years and a couple months later - with twice-a-week full-page updates - it finished the first day of the flashback.
I think that may be the slowest one day. (Which must be restricted to comics that have had at least one clearly-identifiable day.)
The slowest month... I dunno. Freefall may be in the running.

*quietly makes a note about said Beserk Button*
There was an episode of Forever Knight where that was a plot element.  The murdered reporter's old articles on his computer had "form" where he meant "from" over and over (later fixed by the proofreader after they'd been sent in), so when the supposedly quickly-written suicide note had "from" typed correctly every time, they knew it was likely a fake.

It does rouse one's morbid curiosity, doesn't it?  Like hearing about a car wreck or a gruesome murder.....

I once had the distinct displeasure of being in a chat where a troll fine specimen of Conservative manhood kept calling me a Liberal... f-word aimed at denigrating my sexual orientation. When sufficiently annoyed, I started to refer to him as a Commie Monarchist. Wonderfully, he took the bait and asked me what the nether regions I meant.
I told him that since he came from the red part of the political spectrum, he was presumably a redcoat loyal to King George and a devoted communist. This annoyed him considerably. I admit I mainly did it because I was vastly amused by the inherent incompatibility between communism, monarchists and the US government.
ETA: Yes, I know I have stated I will not normally post here. I was tired and didn't realise what thread I was posting in. My apologies.

No no, it would be the perfect way to get Apple to change their policies if God used their own products to deliver such a message.
Have it suddenly be displayed on iPads everywhere! For all to see!
...Wait, most people would probably believe that it's a computer virus some hacker create and not God...
...Wait, Apple claims that their products don't get viruses... Everyone's faith in Apple products drops considerably, Apple either goes bankrupt or is forced to reform their policies.
    This could still have merit!

That only reduces the number of generations.  Assuming "Immortal" means what it means in English, that "death" by means of violence is just a "bad reset", and the age of the earth is a freaking huge number.
    Nice imagery.

I hope not.  Apple is to full of themselves now.  Plus guidelines from on high should not be in a proprietary format
