Those are Popeye sleeves in panel two. They might look more like the wide sleeves found on any number of robes if they didn't have the cuffs.

You will want an equatorial launch site to maximize any inertial assisted launch. Speaking of inertia, a dawn launch will also add the forward momentum of the planet as it orbits the sun. Just like missiles fired from an aeroplane always launch forward. -

Kitty's sleeves are expanding to accommodate her arms in the next part of the transformation. That step will commence when she eats spinach. -

Grace told Edward she could lift a car. How could she know that unless she actually had lifted a car? There is no way to cure, release, exorcise, or un-curse an aberration. The underlying human had to go into the partnership willingly which means that the human was not a nice person in the first place. (Although this does not mean that the human necessarily knew all the details, or that the parasite did not employ some sort of coercion or deception.) Why take the time to emphasize that particular point? Moderate speculation. We are going to see an established good-guy kill an aberration "live" in the comic. Not as a tragic flashback. And the audience needs to be aware that it was necessary and not an out-of-character moment for our hero. Wild Speculation. The Aberration Execution will take place at school because Sirleck's next host will be Bad Tom.

Wouldn't the puck burn up in reentry if dropped from space?

Don't beat yourself up for not making that one work. There really is nothing worth doing there. For example, the best restaurant on the Moon only got a one star rating in the travel guide. The review put it succinctly. "The food is decent. The service is significantly above adequate. And the prices are, all things considered, quite reasonable. But there is no atmosphere."

Could a member of the crew act a line blocker? -
Flocks of geese circling a potential target and launching traditional bird projectiles do not constitute orbital missile platforms.

Certainly any reduction of gravity would help. -
That is almost as fast as the airspeed velocity of an unladen European Swallow.

Would, or could, the manipulated force lines form a column of very low atmospheric pressure (vacuum?) in the blocked gravity zone? That could greatly reduce the amount of fuel needed. I wanted to link a video of an Apollo Lunar Excursion Module launching off the moon to demonstrate the very quick ascent. But almost everything lunar on YouTube seems to be people trying to "prove" that it was fake. -

Life does not need to be a zero-sum game. But it can made to appear as such. That is a significant portion of political spin. Convincing your target audience that a change for one group either is, or is not, a loss for your target audience group. -

80s workout videos. Appetizer to the feast of soft core porn home video that would soon follow. If this was really an 80s scene, the leotard would have been louder and the hair would have been much, much, MUCH bigger. -

News means change. Those who already have power, privilege, authority, or wealth have acquired those advantages through the way things are or (more likely) the way things were. So if legislation somehow gives the very poor some advantage, it necessarily means less of an advantage for the privileged class. If only in that the difference between the classes has been slightly reduced. -

Not mechanical. Optical. A large metal and glass lantern with lots of crystals and other reflective surfaces that almost completely "hide" the projector lenses could convince almost every mundane that it is a hologram contained therein.

Let us not forget that Elliot was Tedd's best friend when the young Verres was in his mute phase. If there is anyone who remembers how to handle a emotionally delicate Tedd, it is Elliot and Ellen. -
If Rhoda enlarges a rack of clothes, it will throw the clothing industry into chaos. Those of us who are fortunate enough to shop the "big and tall" racks in department stores really appreciate the limited selection. It makes choosing clothes so much faster. And the inflated prices ensure that we are less tempted to buy new clothes impulsively. I shudder to think what would happen if a big department store suddenly put out racks of fashionable clothes in the larger sizes but priced the same as the "normal" sizes. Fortunately, EGS enchantments tend to be temporary. We should all be grateful that those customers who buy the enlarged clothes will find them shrinking back to their proper size within a matter of hours. Probably when it would cause the most embarrassment for the person wearing those clothes.
