I don't believe Tedd's thinking very clearly.  She said she is at school as a girl because she wants to decide whether she'd rather be stuck as male or female.  The problem is she is in a very boyish form and wearing boy's clothes - so everyone is going to treat her as though she's a boy.  
IRL when a person is considering sex reassignment, the doctors typically have them dress and live as their desired gender for an extended period of time.  This is intended to help them get an idea what it will be like before they permanently alter their body.  Tedd has kind of turned this on its head - she's altered her body but is going to school as a boy!
My guess is that her emotions are getting in the way of her thoughts.   She also does not have an option to go to school as a girl, unless she went as someone else.  Maybe Sarah would agree to a switch for a day or two?  I'll bet that Ashley would do it but a) Tedd doesn't know her that well yet and b ) Elliot would be weirded out by it.

I so totally called this.  Well ok, kinda called it.  I said they would end up twin cat girls and that Dan would use a lot of math to explain their size.  So I got the "twin" part wrong.
So the girls will be running out of the mall, tails trailing behind them.  But where will they go?  They can't go home, they don't look at all like themselves.  

In a totally unrelated incident, I was doing a geography quiz today that included a question about the Grand Tetons.
 

Obama took pushing the limits of executive power an important bit further. 

You may recall some aspects of the Affordable Care Act were due to kick in right before a difficult election and Obama just suspended them till it was more convenient.  Neat trick but  the law gave him no wiggle room with respect to when parts of it came online and he's not the Legislature.  Obama had no Constitutional authority to do that.
Obama has refused to enforce the law.  When he took office, gay marriage had a federal law prohibiting it and no supreme court decision overturning the law.  Constitutionally he was bound to uphold the law.  But not said "nope.  not gonna do it.  It's unconstitutional".  That may sound OK, especially when the law was later ruled unconstitutional by the supreme court, but Obama is not the Judiciary.   Obama had no Constitutional authority to do that.
These examples of themselves may seem benign or trivial, but they will be built on, pushing a little further each time.  The ability to suspend a law is the ability to suspend equality before the law.  The Separation of Powers are there to limit the power any Branch of government accrues to itself (checks and balances).  This is serious stuff that Obama is messing with.
One would think a someone who taught Constitutional Law would be familiar with US Government 101 concepts like Rule of Law or Separation of Powers, and their importance in maintaining a stable Republic/Democracy.  His actions do not always bear that out.

Ya know, I really hate to be that guy about this, considering they're still teenagers, but with an ability like this, all sorts of premarital hanky panky could go on with this spell. And the best part is it would be guilt free. But the problem, of course, is that is it consent?

Oblivious Wand Waving is still one of my favorite sequences in EGS or EGS:NP.  Not only the random transformations, but Tess was adorable and I liked seeing her with Elliot.  Male Sarah with Grace was also an interesting pair.  And yes, we should have seen female Adrian (Adria? Adrielle?) get her revenge!

Well, there is "Oblivious Wand Waving". But it might not count because no one knew anything happened...Well maybe two people knew.
Shame we didn't see Adrian follow up on her threat.

Hmm, perhaps the first extension to her spell would be to control what kind of catgirl she becomes?

See this is why EGS needs more villains who will do the things we all know are wrong....but would be cool to see.   Kind of like the Evil Mad Bomber What Bombs at Midnight.  Yeah he's completely crazy but haven't we all wanted to blow something up?  We just need an Evil Mad Morpher What Morphs in Moperville....or something.
