I think you are correct, because putting the cookie in her mouth made Rhoda start growing (note there only seems to be one bite out of the cookie and she's still chewing). I think putting shrunken Catalina in the jacket of enlarged Rhoda is gonna be all sorts of hijinks-inducing.

"Knowing my basic nature, I will do my best to keep that promise." — I interpreted that as being more of a personality thing (he knows that he's the sort of person to keep promises, and that that's a trait he'll keep if he resets, rather than something he acquired later in life; other immortals might have different basic natures and be less inclined to keep promises), though it could be a part of immortal law.  On the other hand, Edward would probably know whether a vow made by an immortal is binding, so him asking Voltaire to make a vow would imply that it is binding in some way.

Already I can see the loophole. He won't attempt. Next one will be a success.

Nah, it's not that bad. While a 60 kg (global average) person would wipe out Texas, I doubt Canada would feel a thing. An 80.7 kg person (average North American) could pretty much remove Spain and Portugal from the maps, but I'm confident that Romania would probably be fine. Lousy tourists.

A massive burst of gamma rays is still not good for your health. Marvel notwithstanding, it doesn't normally turn you into a superhero.

I dunno, I think the aftereffects on weather patterns with all that dust being hurled up, not to mention the massive burst of radioactivity, would be pretty fierce. Admittedly that would take somewhat longer.

I think you are all wrong.  He's a manipulative jerk.  He wants Elliot to be trying to prove he's not a coward at a future event.

I'm pretty sure I guessed this...
Yep. Not that I expect this is his full plan. As folks say above, it's pretty simplistic, and he's got a lot of other balls rolling already, indicating something much bigger going on. But I imagine he figured this was worth a shot anyway.

Yup, attempt 3, make Elliot angry enough to attack. Luckily, Edward is there.
... although, maybe Elliot WOULD be able to not attack if he would remember that it's bad idea. But he might've not be reminded recently.
That's normal. EGS is heavily cached. The direct link works only because noone tried to use it beforehand. Other stuff will start working when the cache expires.

It was directly said by Raven that boar is NOT affected by this because magic. We can assume anyone enchanted by Rhoda will share this "cheat".

But this is contradicted by her pointing out that Abraham needed to die for two reasons, one of which was to keep him from interfering the next time the Dewitchery Diamond was used.

Damien was also narcissistic in the extreme and dumber than a sack of rocks. Even with what little I knew of him, I would consider him incapable of an acting job that would so convincingly portray a completely different person.

Well, I don't want subordinates, but I'm introvert or maybe worse.
I would also prefer to live in the world YOU described. Last election, noone offered me that option. Not even the ones who clearly didn't planed to do the things they DID promised.
There was presumably lot of filtering. Only very small number of people WANTED to live on Solaria. And it's quite likely they WERE deranged.
Just when the amount of work is clearly bigger than the profit you get from that. The high level positions like politics are FULL of people with ulterior motives.
In many cases the people willing to do the job are not qualified for it no matter how much experience they have. As Douglas Adams put it, "It is a well-known fact that those people who most want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it... anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job." He might be exaggerating, but not much.

So, I had noticed that the NP story "Question Mark" had been added to the menu for main story comics, but I guess I'd just assumed it was a link to the regular NP pages.  Turns out, it's been copied into the regular Story comics section, four to a page, and there are brand new commentaries with each page.
They're all dated Tuesday May 17, 2016, which puts them, not immediately after "Squirrel Prophet" when they take place, but after the end of "So A Date At The Mall."
I thought that, since I'd missed that fact, others likely have too, plus the new commentaries deserve a place to discuss them.

That's the one I'm expecting.  In fact, I would expect him to use a lot more truths than lies, just carefully selected truths.
For instance, Edward may have known that Adrian is a half-immortal, but not known that his mother is still alive and un-reset.  Tell him a heavily slanted view of Pandora, and when he says he's got to check with his sources to confirm things, remark that her son might not give him particularly unbiased information.  At that point, if he had even one little thing Adrian had mislead Edward on, he could leave Edward highly suspicious of anything Adrian could offer.
Ellen has one attack she can use rapid-fire.  I think it would be hilarious if it actually worked, maybe even pinning him to the physical plane until it wore off.
Actually, Plan CM apparently requires that Elliot be alive.
My guess would be, only if he has his power glove on, and even then, maybe only for a fraction of a second.
What would be even more interesting would be if Sarah could see Immortals if she cast her time-stop just as they were fading away.  Maybe just a brief glimpse of what they were doing immediately after, but if she could see which way an immortal headed, or the look on their face when they thought they were unobserved, it might tell them a few bits of critical information.

Most size changes have a protection limited, canonically.
I'm really hoping that I'll be able to eventually take a language course in Dolphin. Click-click-whistle-click 101 would be the best.
