Catalina can turn into a werecat of some sort. Rhoda can make her bigger. Hijinks indeed.

I've been saying similar stuff for a while. I suspect that Mrs. Kitsune, far from being the close-minded authoritarian that Nanase believes, in truth has been carefully rearing Nanase to preserve Nanase's freedom of choice.

I would think that Wolf's statement of "Legendary monster hunter with a long family history of fighting monsters and evil wizards" would be enough to make Nanase believe that it magic can run in the family.
Also in terms of how Mama Kitsune was raising Nanase, initially she apparently wanted Nanase to excel at everything but expected Nanase to be a housewife, maybe it was how Mama Kitsune was raised as well, but maybe she was doing so as a front, like she wanted Nanase to think she was expecting her to be a housewife but really Mama Kitsune was preparing Nanase in case she ended up gaining access to magic. Notice how after the events of Sister II, Mama Kitsune never again brought up the housewife discussion, yeah she did switch to judging Nanase's relationship with Ellen for a little while but even that has dropped off once she saw Nanase and Ellen helping people, I think Mama Kitsune has realized that Nanase's path is set.

I'm not sure if she perceives that as sexual harassment, but she's definitely thinking "WTF are you talking about!?!?!"

If you dislike "Social awkwardness" humour, then this comic should make you like Susan more for cutting through that bull. If you're a vegan, you will dislike Susan more for cutting a bull.
My interpretation: like any good feminist, Susan assumes Tenesaid is sexually harassing her. Tenesaid is actually imagining Scooby Doo shenanigans. If he explains that properly, it will get his butt off the fire, because Susan is pretty okay.

He likely has never seen Ashley before so it's possible that he would be thinking that if Elliot could transform, then Susan might be able to transform. Tensaided might ship Elliot and Susan together just as hard as another hardcore shipper, and come up with all kinds of ways that Susan and Elliot could be together, like having one or the other transform to make it look like they're dating different people.

Given the title of this chapter, Everyone Needs to Talk, maybe we'll see pretty much every character in EGS talking about last night. It could be a sort of comic Rashomon because each character will have a different take on what happened, and sometimes a different story to tell different people.

Has Grace's family kept in touch?
The only communication we've seen so far was the video call on Grace's birthday, but that doesn't mean that's the only one they've made.  I'd like to think that Grace gets to talk with her family on a regular basis, even if there may be some subjects they can't discuss openly.  I'd really like to see her visit them, or them visit her!

I doubt Dan's going to have anything that elaborate, now that Nanase knows that Susan isn't adopted, there isn't any worry about breaking her and her mom up, telling her that Diane is a half sister might make Susan reconsider whether she should forgive her had or not, but she probably wouldn't be surprised that her father would have gotten other women pregnant. Hearing that Diane's birth mother gave her up for adoption might actually make Susan feel sorry for Diane, at least in Susan's case she may have gone through a nasty divorce because of her father's cheating, but at least she still had her mom, Diane's mom didn't want to take responsibility. Of course there are any number of scenarios where a mother would put up their child for adoption some of them quite dark (IE rape) but I'm not sure if Dan would go that route so I'm leaning towards the belief that it was consensual for both Diane's mom and Mr Pompoms but she got pregnant and didn't want to keep Diane.
Or maybe pass by a large window with each of them on opposite sides, Diane would certainly know that she's looking at Susan, but Susan might believe she's seeing that blonde again.

It may also be that Immortals are invisible to one another unless they actively scan for each other, and normal courtesy is to avoid scanning without having a good reason.

Nope. And on that thought, Ashley and Elliot are both dorks, so it would have been the will of Magic to get them together, it wasn't just a coincidence that Elliot just had to morph at the time that Ashley went to talk to him about Susan.

Considering what Edward did to Abraham, a mage that came close to killing a half-immortal, I think there's a lot more Edward could do and his niece knows it. He barely restrained Nanase on New Years Eve and that was just about telling Tedd the truth about his mom. Maybe Edward's attitude here has more to do with not wanting Nanase to follow the same path as his wife than concern about Diane, someone he's only met once very briefly.

Maybe not. Sirleck seems to be particularly well-hidden and well-connected. Bringing in Lord Tedd--or, more likely, getting General Shade Tail to bring in Lord Tedd--might be a pretty darn good way to bring hell down on Moperville, wouldn't it, now?
The second I read Nanase's final remark about "the most intelligent and best with magic" put Sirleck in my mind.
And if Edward didn't know there were vampires about until this Sunday morning, it's extremely unlikely he knows about Sirleck.

Maybe Mr. Verres should find someone to teach Diane to be a full hunter?

Edward and Noriko (and possibly Nanase's mother) were all trained by Adrian.  That is what brought Edward and Noriko together.  I think we generally thought that was why they named Adrian as the Godfather of Tedd.  Of course, by Adrian's own admission it what his at least partly his fault that Noriko's magic work drove them apart.  So Adrian has not been on friendly terms with Edward since then.  Tedd knows of Professor Raven, and perhaps even knows that his father once worked with him.  But I don't know how much Tedd knows about how close his parents were to Adrian.

That is if it is one of those places, but this is one case were the options for Diane are potentially easier than those for Mr Verres. Comparative DNA check might also be an option.
That said, 'I feel safer about Mr Verres guesses than most other people's facts.'

Adoption records can be hard to get....except for places where there are open adoptions and adoptee-right-to-know approaches.  Gosh, isn't it convenient that Diane just turned 18, which is the usual age for adoptees to be able to request their records?  Depending on which little box was checked when she was given up, it could be as simple as filling out a form.

Justin was outed in freshman year apparently so Diane would have been treating him as "defective" for a couple years, but like I said, knowing that Nanase is gay might have given Diane a reason to rethink her behaviour, also as was address in the recent Q&A, Diane is looking for something new. So it does strengthen the idea that Diane's behaviour in the early comic and "previous years", was all just an "act tough, be popular, play hard to get" phase and now she's distancing herself from that image, and looking for actual friends and relationships.
I just thought of something to add to this:

    Susan's Log:
Susan kept a log during Grace's birthday party where she wrote about how it felt to be male, what she felt about her dad whether or not to forgive him or fully blame him for his actions and how she might never completely sort it out.
I wonder if this log will make an appearance again, maybe meeting Diane and learning that her father had been with more women while married to her mom might remind her of what she wrote. Maybe Diane discovers the log though I'm not sure what she would think about the non-father related stuff in it.

The "lovebirds" were Elijah and Rick; Ellen and Nanase are referred to in the same word bubble as the Meddlers.  (Sounds like a good name for a band!)  Mentioning Rhea and Rick but not Elijah tells us she probably has a long-time (family?) relationship to Rick, and Elijah is a relatively new relationship, but I don't think it necessarily means she doesn't like him, just that second-hand relationships don't mean as much to her as her own primary ones do.
