I remember once running a module where the players met a dwarven blacksmith. I thought the flavor text description was a bit scanty so I decided to describe the gear he was wearing from the DM portion of the text, stating he wore a leather apron, carried a hammer, et cetera. Only I went on just a bit too long and before I could stop myself I added, "On his left hand he is wearing a Ring of Protection +1."
The players loved it. The party leader cheerfully addressed the dwarf, "Hello, my good man! I see you are wearing your Ring of Protection +1 today! Good idea, things just aren't safe these times!"

In game writing this is bad.  Players assume that when ever the DM starts with reading flavor text something is about to go down. I wrote a dungeon that was the reverse of this empty room were described in loving detail but rooms with traps or hidden monsters were just "it's a 20 by 40 foot room, door on the north wall.
Took them three real life days to figure out what was going on.

I failed to recognize Pandora. I thought it was a new character, or maybe Grace. I'm terrible at recognizing characters >.>
At least there are commentaries to help me with that.

I just found an on line Fibonacci number generator and made a couple of assumptions.
The earth, was in fact, created around 6000 BC There were only 2 immortals then They have a child every 100 years. They don't ever really die. This gives us, as of 2016, 801 generations of non dying immortals.   That number of them, based on simple math is a number that is 168 digits long
    11210238130165701975392213120400810703294324980243 98917379911096096424176870242714672419719090010009 28433174016012202680530522970872221529003044406006 693244742562963426
So yeah, either immortals aren't immortal, or they don't reproduce like humans
If we adjust to 1 birth per 1000 years we get 23,416,728,348,467,685.
I'm not even going to try this using the actual age of the earth.

This one fits pretty well as we've so far seen.
While it's certainly hard to say whether or not Elliot will end up proposing to Ashley and them getting married and having kids together, I think they have enough chemistry together for this to last for a while, people (mainly Ellen) had been telling Elliot that he needed to loosen up and Ashley's been able to do that for him, she made him feel comfortable with the whole transformation stuff (it was kind of a sore spot with Sarah) so I'd think Elliot would want to hold onto that for as long as possible. Probably the only surefire way this won't last is if Ashley becomes overwhelmed by all the magic stuff and drama that the main 8 have been dealing with, she may feel like a liability considering she doesn't have much means to defend herself (the soccer ball trick probably won't work again) and wouldn't want to be a burden to Elliot.
Dan had enough trouble with writing and drawing the page that mentioned Blaike's death, there aren't enough Seymours in the universe to allow this to happen.
Ashley's stated that while she doesn't know exactly where her family originated from, she knew for certain it wasn't Japan, Nanase's family did originate from Japan though.
It would have to be a pretty identical universe for her and her parents to be unaware of shifting over, I don't think it's possible to have 2 completely identical universes, it would have to have very subtle differences that they wouldn't know about.
Even Dan mentioned hearing about the theory that Pandora was pretending to be Ashley and thought it was ridiculous.
I think Voltaire tried to manipulate Ashley though, when he stopped her briefly at the escalator. He gave her information about the Tara being a knight from another world and mentioned "pawn of chaos", either he was trying to dissuade her from interfering with Tara attacking Elliot, or he wanted her to use that info to put her in a situation where she might end up failing to live up to any promises or something. I dunno if Ashley will play a large role in Sister 3 though, if we do see her, it would likely be at the lunchtable at school with Elliot, Sarah, Susan and Tedd.

There was one thing you left out in the list though:
    Ashley's mysterious internet girlfriend.
Dan claims that he knows who this person is, which means she's someone we already know about, or someone Dan plans on introducing at some point. I honestly can't see Dan introducing a new character to fill this role, the only plot device I can think of would be the ex took the relationship seriously and somehow tracked Ashley down to Moperville to confront her. That's just too crazy, we already had Diane obsessing over Elliot, bringing in a new character that had obsessed over Ashley doesn't seem right.
That leaves a high possibility of the ex girlfriend being an already existing character. Ashley did say they were "barely old enough to date" so it's likely this happened several years ago, probably early junior high, let's say...4-6 years ago, who do we know of would have wished they had transformation powers? Tedd. 4-6 years ago would place Tedd just before being given the TFG (Tam et Tedd marked 4 years of Tedd working on the TFG), he'd still be in his "mopey, silent nerd" stage but he might have been more open on the internet, and it is evident that Tedd's gender struggle has been around longer than he's had the TFG so I can see him one day looking through forums regarding transformations and possibly experimented with having a female identity for the first time when he met Ashley.
As to the possible plot for this, I can see Tedd being initially embarrassed and ashamed at the fact that he technically lied to Ashley about his gender, I say technically because Tedd didn't know what transgender or genderfluid meant back then, in his mind, it was just some made up persona so Tedd might expect Ashley to be mad about it which probably won't be the case, though I would see Ashley learning more about Tedd and the TFG and getting further into the circle through a plot like this.

We don't know if Disco Wizard is an Immortal. He might be a mortal wizard, he might be something completely different. Since he is working for Magic itself, or at least claims he does... he could be anything at all.
My personal guess is that he is Morgan Freeman in a really horrible wig.

This reminds me a little of a fictional character I once created. He was this mildly immortal technomage who was born early in the 20th Century and lived in a building he owned himself. (There's a story behind 'mildly immortal' but I won't go into it here.)
Once you got into the first floor, it was totally dominated by a massive and very old computer which if investigated a bit more closely looked a lot like ENIAC. When you went a level up, you'd discover somewhat smaller (but still massive) computers made with 50s technology; these used transistors instead of bulbs. Another story up and you reached the 60s. And so forth. His entire home consisted of sort of geological layers of computers and whenever they started to take up too much room he would just move another level up where he could start filling the place with cutting edge computers.
I have no idea where he came from in my mind except that he must have been some sort of ultimate packrat. I actually think that I would like to live like this if I were able to. Then, whenever I felt nostalgic, I could just walk down the stairs.

Quit being an ass. we've waited YEARS for Pandora's back story arc.
Well, okay, a year in my case but i'm new here.
Also not a Mary sue. Power alone doesn't make a character such, a Mary sue is such because their traits are disproportionate and inappropriate, with no depth or substance. basically the opposite of the immortal four, since, aside from the newbie not having a past yet, those four have very real limitations, pasts that matter to how they behave, and internaly consistent motivations and behaviors.

My daughter has a story of a an RPG where the other players persuaded her to play a gnome thief - and then their characters immediately started with jokes about short people...
She managed to persuade the king that kidnappers were after him, escort him to a place of safety, go back and convince the royal councillors that the king had been kidnapped and they should choose her as the courier for the ransom money, frame the rest of her party as the kidnappers, bring the king back and collect a reward from him for protecting him from the kidnappers, and then rescue the rest of the party...
    ... there were no kidnappers...
(This involved a LOT of notes to & from the DM. Just to make things confusing, some of the notes she passed said things like "think a moment and then tell me no".)

It's the zillions of guardsmen and a dozen or so of court mages that kind of make killing the king tricky, no matter how much he needs it.
Plus that sort of king tends to have at least one evil high priest with raise dead hanging around making weird noises that scare the kids.

    Essentially, Voltaire framed Abner.
I could not say that Pandora would actually care about the life of Abner.  And if she arranged for his death before she discovered that lil' Abner was just another  victim of the Cheshire Fried Colonel, Pandora would not feel particularly guilty.
Having said that.  If she discovers that Abner was deliberately put in her path by Voltaire, Pandora just might guide and empower Abner to become a useful tool in her latest grudge match.  (And how much empowering does an ordinary mortal need to become a useful tool in a battle against an immortal?)
On a side note (C# below middle C), before posting this comment, I referred to Pandora as Eris twice.
I really feel she has more in common with the party crasher who started the Trojan War than the human who was told "Don't do this" and then was left alone.
Does anyone else feel that way?

About half-immortals not being able to have kids: it could just be a thing where, like mules, a chromosome count mismatch interferes with the type of cell division needed for reproduction.

True enough. Even so, a healthy awareness of the fact that one does not know all there is to know and a willingness to learn make for a good protection against the latter. So far you seem to be doing fine.

Perhaps. I am simply greatly amused by the thought of Magus being forced to endure having a girly default form, such that even if he transformed himself into a male form, he would revert to female any time the enchantment ended.

It's a carryover from when software was distributed on magnetic media, like floppy discs and cassette tapes.
You can only copy magnetic media so many times before it wears out, so you've got to be careful with the master copies. When the software was done, they would make a "golden master" of it, which is what they just called the source. From the golden master, they'd then make a dozen or so copies called "silver masters". The silver masters would then be used as the source for the actual consumer copies of the software.
Copy the silver masters hundreds of times until they wear out, and when they do, go back to the golden master to make more silver masters, so you can make more consumer copies.
"Going Gold" was the term for finishing the product and being at the stage where you're ready to make the golden master. With optical media and digital distribution, there's no need for a golden master anymore, but the phrase "Going Gold" stuck as meaning "done with the product".

Essentially, "gold" is the official public-release version. And when you're releasing a physical disk in a pretty box possibly with assorted "supporting" material (such as a catalog listing the company's other recent products), the thing must "go gold" some time before it can actually be released - because most likely the assembly of the complete package is occurring in some second-world country and the result has to be shipped to the first-world buyers.
With electronic distribution, of course, a product can "go gold" at 10 AM and hit the market at 10:05. Electronic distribution is also much less expensive than preparing masses of atoms and hauling them around the planet.

In a sense, although there are some peculiar differences.

As you know, in table top you could get modules or additional rules books, for the most part. Earlier in the video game industry, a successful game could receive an expansion which usually consisted of lower quality, but at least substantial content, like a splat book. Generally this meant you would buy another diskette or CD with more plot, adventures, missions... a selection of material with some sort of common framework. Honestly, it was sort of like a stepping stone to a sequel in many cases.

However, with the advent of digital content delivery, developers realized that they didn't need to release these large collections of new content, they could sell very small pieces individually and potentially make much more money. DLC can be as large as a historical military campaign with maps, missions and new units in a strategy game, or as small as a few cosmetic items like hats and ties in an computer roleplaying game. DLC can thus be considerably worse than a splat book, because they can essentially sell you each page of the book separately, or indeed, just market a bunch of post-it notes with no rhyme or reason.
