Here. Most (all?) of us saw most of this coming. I was a little surprised at how powerful Edward thinks he is (yes Volty, the some of the toys do have knives!) , and I'd forgotten about Zeus, but Susan would definitely be a major asset. If the owner? (Dean? President? Provost?) of Moperville University groks magic, I wonder if there's a special track for students in the know.

Comic for Wednesday, Apr 12, 2023 Correct me if I'm wrong (I know you will), but this comic does not add new material that wasn't already in the last comic. More detail and a closer look, perhaps, but not really new ground. Edward seemed convinced in the last comic; now he's retconned as unsure and then convinced. Susan spells things out that were assumed. Yawn. I could make a snarky comment about critical thinking, but it belongs in the political thread.

Sketchbook Comic for Friday, Apr 7, 2023 So, arms linked; Susan is not avoiding body contact. This could be rabbit forming. I did not recognize Ashley, thought it was Elliot in one of his girly forms. The title spelled it out.

Comic for Wednesday, Apr 5, 2023 Whelp, Susan is convinced that Immortal law has changed, reasons to be presented soon. Amiable Dorsai called it. That seems to say Ijuin was on the right track as well and Zeus is the source of the comments.

Comic for Friday, Mar 31, 2023 Change? Spare some change? This comic goes to a weird place. Panel 1 is about what you'd expect, given where this was heading. Panel 2 is a cliff hanger setup, raises new issues; what prompted 'What the hell?!' ?, what kind of reports on the comments, and why so many?, what does someone (third party) spamming have to do with those reports? This is also a grasp at the familiar, and it's no longer familiar. Panel 3 is in another realm. Susan does not look like Susan; the art style is different. (Yes, I know she has a shocked expression. It still does not look like her.) The context, the surrounding 'change' phrases, it is unclear where they are occurring. Seems like something she's reading - if it is, how did whoever know to post those? It could all be in her head. The background is foreboding, but in a very ambiguous way; not specifically threatening. It will be interesting to see this play out.

Comic for Monday, Apr 3, 2023 Susan asks the same questions we've been asking. Now that's meta. Deus-D-Minus-4 Deus is Latin, generally taken to mean 'God', but seems to have meant 'god' as in one of a pantheon; this could be an immortal? If D minus is a grade, not a very good one. Would the number 4 be one of four? Fourth birth? Quantification of how much less than D? Whoever it is seems to have a lock on what Susan is experiencing. Susan is freaked and feels threatened if she's choosing to go to Tedd's dad.

Comic for Monday, Mar 27, 2023 Hug, That's pretty much it. Susan feels safe around Sarah. This is not the first time she's hugged Sarah spontaneously.

Comic for Friday, Mar 24, 2023 "Change? Spare change?" - "Why, yes, indeed. I carry coins in my pocket not to spend, but to hand out; of course they are spare." The commentary explains (to me,anyway) this odd hot mess of Susan melting down. Dan is relating an incident from his early childhood though the medium of his comic, and Susan is the sock puppet. Susan's reactions are actually those of a toddler, and actual toddler. With that filter, it makes a bit more sense. In any case, I like how Sarah is the voice of reason and puts it all to bed. And I like the last panel, Susan is becoming more openly social. My schools did not have shared lockers, either.

Comic for Wednesday, Mar 22, 2023 Sad Susan is still sad. And confused. She made Sarah not say a joke (commentary). Fear of the future? "I don't want to become my mom."? "Relationships will change, and I'll miss my friends."? "Everything will be unfamiliar. I will loose control. I take comfort from being in control."? Or ???

Comic for Monday, Mar 20, 2023 Susan is not aware of why she feels upset. This is not unusual; she has been hiding from something her whole life. She needs counseling. Sarah is going to provide it; in EGS this will work, at least to get her started. In real life, friends can be helpful, but use professional resources if available, although my track record says the pros are not necessarily helpful. Shop around, find someone insightful you are comfortable with.

Comic for Friday, Mar 10, 2023 While it seems odd that Mr. Tensaided is just thinking about closing down his video rental, in-universe, he's being proactive. Seems weird that Susan is just becoming aware of needing to plan this. She generally seems to have a plan for what she does.

Comic for Friday, Mar 3, 2023 Well, seems Susan is definitely unhappy with the status quo, but yet unwilling to loosen up. It looked like Les Mis(erable), but Dan explained Susan trusts women more to keep their word to not be aggressive. I am wanting to see where this arc wanders off to.

Comic for Wednesday, Mar 1, 2023 Yay! Another main story comic! . . . and it's all in Susan's imagination. Sam does not look like Sam because Susan doesn't know Sam. Likewise, the others represent her impressions. I don't think she knows about Rhoda and Catalina's magic. I'm not even sure she's supposed to be aware that they are a couple. Diane knows, so It may have been discussed. She looks depressed by being the loner. My guess is that she gets a relationship in this arc. She had the best chemistry with Elliot, but that seems out. Matt from school? Someone new?

Comic for Wednesday, Feb 15, 2023 Diane appears to be home, dressed in what look like jammies. First panel, pensive, second panel, she's curious about 'Sir' Raven, which is indeed odd, since in the referenced comic, Adrian points out that Noah has no authority to knight anyone. Three panels of calling, I expected she was calling Adrian, but no, she's calling Susan. Then two more panels for that reveal, "You have an uncle", and Susan responding with a confused "What?" I share her confusion. Diane did not learn anything new about Susan's relationship to Adrian. Is she calling Noah Susan's uncle? Hmm, I suppose she is.

Comic for Monday, Jan 2, 2023 Diane is calm, so Noah is comfortable with telling her what is going on. He gives her the back story for Adrian Raven's departure, the events when Abraham invaded the school. In this comic, he gets as far as she has already deduced, confirming the bulk of her deduction. In her mental flashback about deducing the events, she has short hair, and she thinks to herself that was weeks ago, from the hair, pre-party. Just offhand, her recollection of how much time has past in their setting a longer than it seemed to be. I suppose that's a good thing. So glad the story is moving forward. Also that they are getting along, and that she is acting rationally. Whatever happened, awakening, I guess, affected her badly. Is that a thing, now? This is seemingly a step toward confirming that Adrian Raven is meeting with Abraham. Kudos to those that called it.
