What about farmers and potters and masons and smiths and weavers? And all the other common civilian occupations from the days of yore? These people aren't guards or soldiers (except when conscripted and torn away from their lives, often given rapid training in the simplest of arms) and often depend on the guards and soldiers to defend them from threats and to keep the peace.
I can understand fighting and even killing if one has to, but if one doesn't have to, they shouldn't. Get away and contact the police or such. The topic of Fighting versus Running and Hiding has been on my mind a lot as my work has been teaching the employees what to do in an active shooter situation and is even planning on having a drill on it soon.

Not solely. My father's side of the family came from Russia. I have mentioned that they were refugees.
And there is a difference between pacifism and merely being reluctant to kill when there is no need to. It is possible to defend oneself nonlethally. I have done so myself. An ancient martial technique called 'running away.' Admittedly it is not flashy but it can be quite effective. There are other methods too, including but not limited to responding with no more force than is needed to end the threat. This may be done without necessarily ending a life, though it is a risk one always takes when employing force. (In that regard, running is better as a nonlethal response. The biggest risk to the enemy is if they suffer from a heart attack trying to run you down, in which case I wash my hands of responsibility.)

Weren't you paying attention?  168 hours means sleep is for the WEEK.
So she can sleep for several days at a time.  How much does she need to sleep overall?
Humans spend about one third of their day sleeping.  Does Pandora spend a week sleeping and is then up for a fortnight?
Can she vary the frequency, one month asleep and two months awake or one day asleep and two days awake?
Or is the Immortal internal clock cycle around the week like human metabolism cycles around the day?
Or does she get so bored with the world that she occasionally knocks herself out for extended periods just to see if anything surprising has happened while she was sleeping?

Possibly he's strong enough to forcibly eject the average Immortal (putting him on par with Agent Wolf) and just momentarily forgot exactly which Immortal he was threatening.

If you don't care about the characters and their plight, then Undertale will lose most to all of it's impact. A lot of people love the game because they find the characters endearing and become invested in their plight. No one piece of media or art is going to appeal to everyone. Anyone who thinks that everyone will enjoy a given piece of art is either deluding themselves, naive, or foolish. A piece of art can appeal to a large number of people, but not everyone. There are simply too many varying opinions and tastes of what is good for that to be possible.
As for the question of why to not kill Undine, why should you kill Undine? Sure, she's trying to kill you with magic spears, but that doesn't mean you should answer violence with violence. It's entirely possible to just run from her and get away. With the exception of one or two fights at the end, all monster encounters can be dealt with by dodging the attacks and defusing the incident or just running away from it. If one is going for a Pacifist run, they don't even need the Fight command at all(though you can still use it and get pacifist as long as you don't kill the monsters, presumably to prevent punishing accidents). The game berates players that killing monsters, because the setting is treating those deaths with much of the weight of killing an actual person. Someone is dead because of the player's actions. Possibly it was in self-defense, which is understandable, but it does mean the player didn't try for a better outcome and answered violence with violence.

I think the skill he was trying to teach Grace is lucid dreaming. A skilled lucid dreamer is the utter master of their dreamscape, able to change it into whatever they want. That would be quite the handy skill to have for dealing with dream intruders.Even for someone of Pandora's power-level, she would have to contend with someone that controls every aspect of the reality they are in.

It's the zillions of guardsmen and a dozen or so of court mages that kind of make killing the king tricky, no matter how much he needs it.
Plus that sort of king tends to have at least one evil high priest with raise dead hanging around making weird noises that scare the kids.

Now we know where Adrian got his need to protect others.  It's in his blood, and we now know why Pandora doesn't want him to be that way.  This also explains why she tried to have Edward kill Abraham.  Hurting her family is a Bad Thing to do.  The question now is does great godson count as family? Evidence points yes.
And Voltaire, Abner, and Sirleck, you guys are dead men walking, you just don't know it.

The only reason we see tiny DLC these days is because digital distribution is cheap enough and easy enough to allow for that business model. Before digital distribution, the cost of printing the content to disk and shipping it to stores, on top of the costs to develop the content, would have required a price point too high for gamers to be willing to pay for such a small amount of content. So the companies would have to create enough content to stuff onto the disk to justify the cost of making the disk.So if one of the developers came up with a really cool idea for a few additional missions after the product has already been sent to the printers, that idea will get discarded unless they can find enough crud to pad out the space on a disk. Digital distribution and DLC allows for small concept additions, as well as for concepts and content that didn't make it in the original product due to time and/or budget restrictions.
The tabletop business has similar concerns. Splat books need a large-ish amount of content to justify the price to cover the printing and shipping costs. Though, as mlooney mentioned, some tabletop companies are taking advantage of digital distribution to allow for smaller content releases. I've seen a pdf full of story seeds (just the ideas and concepts of stories to get you started) for a few dollars, though admittedly it was dozens, if not, a hundred or so story seeds. Something that's nice to have if one is experiencing writer's block, but largely unneeded otherwise. Tabletop RPG's even have an equivalent to cosmetic DLC: miniatures. They're largely unneeded though can be really nice to have. Miniatures can help with immersion for some people, though the same could be said for cosmetic items in a CRPG. It's even technically possible nowadays to get miniatures through digital distribution, though that requires you to have access to the equipment for 3d printing.

Or the wands are power sources so the wizard can go on for longer without being depleted of magic energy, or they are focuses to allow easier/faster/longer ranged casting, or they just look cool. Harry Dresden can do lots of magic without his tools and implements, but they make his work easier and add oomph to the effects.

An interesting thought and scenario, though that exact one is unlikely to happen. Elliot's actions as Cheerleadra would largely be protected by Good Samaritan laws, which protect non-professionals who are trying to help in emergency or crisis situations from legal liability of collateral and such, such as someone administering CPR and cracking the person's ribs or pulling someone from a burning vehicle and worsening any sustained injuries. There are certainly limitations of such laws, but as long as there's no evidence of Cheerleadra intentionally causing harm or risk, it's unlikely there would be much legal ground to convict Elliot, as he's not employed by any law enforcement or emergency services and he's not intentionally seeking out the super hero work. Maybe if his negligence directly endangered bystanders(like if he gets an spell that lets him fire laser eye beams or something and triggers the spell accidentally), but as he's not a professional, it's doubtful that he would be legally expected to otherwise reduce risk in a crisis situation.
Note, I'm not a lawyer, just your typical knowledge sponge, though I did learn the general points about Good Samaritan laws in a class on First Aid.

My own headcanon is that Greg's experience (girl leaving him, binge-watching animae for 3 days before It All Hit Him) adds up to a Minor Angst-induced Awakeneing and ASMA was the result.
I'm still not quite sure how to classify the ASMA moves Elliot, Nanase and Justin were all able to learn and do without being awakened.  I'm tempted to sweep them under a rug labelled "cantrips" (defined as non-Mark spells that that unawakened can learn and use).
Tedd's watches would be cantrips embedded in a physical device.  "Cannedtrips" if you will...

Recon and battle field intelligence is life. There is a reason why there are recon units at all levels down to battalion in most armies. Some have them as low as company, and depending on how you look at designated marksman, even some squads have a recon element. Sarah is a freaking great tactical recon element. The next best is Susan, assuming she can get to where she can see via her flock of fey, followed by Nanase. Susan over Nanase due to the number of "UAV" that each can launch. It's canon that both girls fairies are, to one degree or another armed.

That's not entirely true. While games are more sensitive to character power levels, an extremely powerful character in any narrative work can remove dramatic tension, requiring either contrivances or escalation to explain why the OP character doesn't simply solve the problem causing the dramatic tension. EGS does focus more on social aspects than straight combat, but given Grace's pacifistic, fun-loving, and over-all friendly nature, the most likely spells for Grace to get if she awakens would be social in aspect.

A few comments about characters and power level.
Relative power level of characters is mainly relevant in a heavily action-oriented comic. This is not what EGS is. EGS is a sort of supernatural slice of life where characters, their development and the social challenges they face are of far greater importance than any action scene. In both 'Sister' stories, the villain (Goo, Abraham) was backdrop to the character development. In Painted Black, Damien's near invincibility was mainly important because of the effect it and his sociopathy had on the other characters. More recently, the power levels of the characters proved completely irrelevant when Ashley settled the conflict by use of a well-aimed football and a few well chosen words.
EGS is an intelligent comic. It is not Liefeld-esque action where power level acts as a substitute for plot and characterisation. Again and again we see how thinking wins out over raw power. There is no danger of power levels ever shoving a character aside as long as it is inspiration and cleverness that ends up saving the day. And even Lord of the Rings, with Gandalf chosen as example of someone 'overpowered', ended up having the day saved not by power but by two acts of mercy and the simple dedication of hobbits, the true everymen of Middle-Earth.
Comics and stories that let power level dominate them are of a completely different breed. I am not saying that they are necessarily bad, mind you. They can be, but this is most often due to lazy writing or the author falling too much in love with their Mary Sues/Marty Stus. In order for power levels to truly get out of control, the individuals in question must not only have vast power but also unusual reach in time and space as well as at least semi-omniscient knowledge. A Superman is not a problem as long as he can be distracted or mistaken. But if you give him the ability to go anywhere in no time as well as full and constant knowledge of what is happening, he becomes impossible to compensate for in any way that makes sense.
A good example of this was the Forgotten Realms as marketed by TSR. They had a bunch of NPCs called the Seven Sisters as well as Elminster himself. All of them were, individually or together, near or completely invincible. They could all teleport and several of them had impossibly powerful divination spells. TSR's stated purpose was to make a world where 'good always won' so as to not worry parents about what sort of game their children were playing. What they created was a world where no action taken had any meaning whatsoever because even if the world were coming to an end, Superelminster and his Super Friends would always swoop in to save the day. By removing evil's ability to pose a threat, the Gods of Evil themselves held all the menace of Team Rocket or possibly of Ellen back when she thought she was evil. And at the end of the day, any actions the player characters might take would at best be viewed with indulgent amusement by the TSR-driven Mary Sues of the Realms because the PCs had saved them like thirty seconds of light work by saving the world.
But this is not EGS, and arguing about 'overpowered' characters makes about as much sense in Dan's stories as it does to discuss character development in a Liefeld comic.
