Monty Python, I believe, put it best.
Reg: You do a lot of this sort of thing, do you?
BBC Man: Quite a lot yes, quite a lot. I'm mainly in comedy. I'd like to be in Programming Planning actually, but unfortunately I've got a degree.

Generally speaking, tip your lizard at least 15% for good service.
If the service is not so good, but you can see it is for reasons beyond your lizard's control, don't punish your lizard.

Sure, that is the most likely reality.
But where's the fun in that?  If it wasn't for the ban on time travel, I'd be working up a rationale for Greg being Grace's son.

I can't believe you're still talking about this. I think it's extremely safe to assume that Noriko's younger children are with her in Europe training to follow in her footsteps. Noah's parents are dead and Raven probably knew them because he has been a teacher for a long time and he has had many other magic apprentices than just Tedd's parents.

Elliot has a much better cat costume that does not require tights.
Ashley's mouse costume is, on the other paw, very cute.  But more than a little cheesy.
I am thinking this might be a dream sequence.  Possibly from Justin's point of view.  He is the only one who knows of Susan's list and would therefore be the only one (other than Susan) who would be wondering "what if Elliot was attending a costume party and Susan showed up ACCIDENTALLY dressed as Counselor Troi?"

And there is a theory that Greg is dating Vladia. There's no evidence either for or against this theory.

Tedd needs someone to intercede on his behalf with his father.
Someone his father can not dismiss as child and is "in the know" about magic.  Someone who could speak sympathetically to Edward for Tedd about gender-identity.  Tedd's advocate need not understand or approve entirely.  But he needs to be able to tell Edward "It's real to Tedd, and by dismissing his feelings on this matter, Tedd thinks you are dismissing him entirely."
So far, I think Adrian Raven is the only one who could do this.  And the only way he would even know to ask is if Grace let something slip.
We know Mrs Kitsune has her own hang ups about gender roles that she tries to work through for the sake of Nanase but would probably think of getting between Tedd and Edward as going too far.
Noriko might be an option, IF we ever find out why she can not make more time for Tedd in the first place.

Geese are usually recognized as the best poultry guards.
From ancient Roman Legions to modern nuclear reactors.  Put a flock of geese  between the inner and outer fences and you will know if anyone enters that area.

Tedd talked himself, Sarah, and Grace into not sharing information with his father.
Pandora put a lot of effort into convincing Sarah not to talk to Tedd's father.
Ellen and Nanase talked themselves into circles justifying a decision to withhold information from anyone.
It would be the hopelessly honest Elliot making a talk with Agent Verres the first option.

I am afraid that if EGS comes to an end, the producers will try to put Susan in her own spin off sit com.
It would ruin the essential Susan for her to be surrounded by sit com cliché characters.  It will also hold her back from pursuing roles that are unlike the EGS Susan.   And there is no way the new Susan series could run as long as EGS.

If anyone doing the job is likely to die, why risk a highly trained expert or someone you know is loyal to you?

Grace would make a good Magical Girl.  I wonder if we can get her into the Lunar Mariner's troop?
And as for Greg?  He was probably in some power-up sequence in which his steam powered equipment would increase the force of his martial arts attack exponentially.  Then as the power up was reaching the dramatic point, Grace walked over and used the pointy stick to knock out some valves and hoses.  This caused Greg's apparatus to violently decompress and blow him across the room.
Notice that Grace did not celebrate the win until she saw Greg getting up on his own.
