Why does "Do you want to save all magic?" sound a lot like "Hey, would you mind to kill an aberration for us?"?
"But Pandora, isn't there people in the goverment, or even other civilians, able to do whatever you need to be done?" "I've deemed that option as 'boring'"

Ah, me. That reminds me of the time I played a paladin in a rather silly campaign way back in First Edition AD&D (which wasn't called that, it was just AD&D). We all kept making various silly jokes, meta and otherwise. My own most successful one caused the DM to throw a pillow at me and was based on the fact that paladins were so snobbish that they would only adventure at most once with people that they weren't sure was of good alignment.
We'd been on three adventures. At the end of each adventure, my paladin had sold his horse and bought a new one. At last the DM gave in to his itch and had the horse trader ask me, "Why do you keep coming back for a trade? Is there something wrong with the horses I'm selling?"
And my paladin replied, "Yes. They aren't Good enough for me." (Due to horses automatically being Neutral in the game.)
    Cue pillow to the head.

I know sexual attraction isn't necessary for conception, but it still seems rather icky to have to engage in things you physically don't enjoy.  That's why I generally picture Ellen being the one to carry a pregnancy -- she's bisexual, and while she calls herself homoromantic, I suspect that she'd find Manase emotionally fulfilling, too, just becau she'd know it's her true love in there.  Instead of Nanase having to close her eyes and think of England, Ellen and Manase could have some actual *fun* while creating offspring!

True ; she may still be able to mark her with someone else. At least technically - she may not have any other desire strong enough but if she would, she would be markable with that.
Not only I think it's the second one, I also think it would be weird formulation for the third one AND seriously Pandora having issues with that? I'm sure she would be able to bear it without problems.
Also, look at commentary: "... that creates a conflict great enough to get in the way of giving her spells via magic marking." Notice this sentence makes no reference to Pandora at all. It will GENERALLY get in the way.
... get in the way of MARKING. She won't even HAVE the spell to cast.

And what have female toads done to you to make you want to do that to them?  I mean, really, isn't being a toad bad enough with out asshole male toads showing up?

I don't remember if anyone has brought this up, but it looks like whoever empowered Dex and gave him the jar pendant was trying to set up Pandora. This comic and this comic show that Dex's manipulator was willing to kill Noah. We now know that Pandora cares deeply about her family, and that she would never risk Noah given that he is Raven's ward. She believes that her great-Godson's girlfriend is practically family, so Noah must be, too.
If this idea has already been thoroughly discussed somewhere, I apologize.

I know a reset is likely the only thing that will cure Pandora's madness, but I still find it unsettling for it to be referred to as medical treatment, since resetting for an Immortal is their equivalent of death.

No, Jerry didn't mark Sarah not because he didn't want to, but because he couldn't. He stated, on the page you linked, "You've realized things that negate what would have allowed me to give you the spell in the first place." Also, he wasn't looking for fun (though that certainly would have been a plus), he was trying to be helpful. If Jerry could have given Sarah that spell, she could have used it a lot and eventually been able to awaken and potentially get cool, awesome, useful spells, but he couldn't because she realized things that caused her to grow a little as a person, which unfortunately negated her potential for that spell. A person's growth and maturity can significantly influence what spells the person can be given by an Immortal. The Immortal doesn't get to choose what spell a person can get and for many may not even be able to give the person a spell. They just get to choose whether or not they want to grant the spell that the person might be able to receive.

Tedd has expressed the exact same desire to go on Transforming Rampages in the past, and he's even given the same reason why not.  Given that Tedd actually *has* the power to transform others, and has for years, and has refrained from doing so, tells me that Tedd is a good guy.

This is one of the things I love about this forum -- our moderators are reasonable people who aren't afraid to apologize when they make a mistake, and to do so just as publicly as the mistaken warning was made.  (I know usually we aren't supposed to comment publicly on Moderator actions, but in this case I felt like it was worth risking it ;-) )
Back on topic, I recall Jerry referring to parties where one or more Immortals named Zeus get into a fight...so it looks like Pandora really *is* an introvert!

If you do, because red tape comes in Mobius strips, cutting it lengthwise will make it twice as long and twice as twisted.

This comic also reveals an interesting tidbit about Immortal law. They're not allowed to directly depower.
The energy clog is empowering Moperville. Nothing about Immortal law as we know it says they have to stick to empowering people.

I cannot help but just cackle at Pandora's temper tantrums like the kid she is (sorta).
In the back of my head, I picture magic as electricity. And it is not half bad.

If he hasn't been lying up to this point and doesn't have some secret that he needs to hide from Pandora, he has little incentive to lie to her. His stated goal is to prevent the magical system change and Pandora is one of, if not the main cause of that threat. If he can, by some shred of luck or miracle, convince her of the gravity of the consequences of her apocalypse and get her to stop, then he's completed his objective before things get too out of hand.

Pandora would likely be ejected as well. She had to wait for Grace to be dreaming to enter her mind and root around for clues.

Maybe that's why she only threw a bit of a tantrum instead of throwing a massive tantrum.

Assuming she didn't do anything to induce uncertainty into the situation, maybe. Maybe not. She can predict wrongly and has been surprised before, and I don't trust her to not induce uncertainty into the situation. She cares deeply for her family, but she's also crazy and dangerously unstable.

What?  You have a problem with hot chicks that can think out of the box?  So far out of the box that you can't see the box from where she is at.

Neither -- in fact, none -- of your arguments negate my main point, which is that this absurd kill or be killed mentality you seem to posit as a necessity for survival is the exception and not the rule.
As to professionals arriving in minutes, why not? Much smaller communities then. All you needed was a good alarm bell and the help would be there quite speedily. In fact, a rather famous militia in the early days of America was called 'Minutemen' for precisely this reason...

What about farmers and potters and masons and smiths and weavers? And all the other common civilian occupations from the days of yore? These people aren't guards or soldiers (except when conscripted and torn away from their lives, often given rapid training in the simplest of arms) and often depend on the guards and soldiers to defend them from threats and to keep the peace.
I can understand fighting and even killing if one has to, but if one doesn't have to, they shouldn't. Get away and contact the police or such. The topic of Fighting versus Running and Hiding has been on my mind a lot as my work has been teaching the employees what to do in an active shooter situation and is even planning on having a drill on it soon.
